How long does divinity stay fresh? I am entering a contest on Saturday and want to make it earlier if possible. Is it like fudge and taste better the next day or does it need to be made sameday?

I use red potatoes and cook them for what I consider only a short time, yet the potato pieces invariably turn out soft, not firm as they should be. What am I doing wrong?

I was eating a Double Chocolate Muffin with Chocolate chips,, and it occured to me.. can people die from too many orgasms? I mean, really... So much goodness.... it feels like my heart's about to EXPLODE!!! what do you tell them? I mean, what do you consider a "difficult" recipe? One that is time consuming, but fairly straightforward? Candymaking? One that requires a lot of "elbow grease" (e.g. kneading bread)? Or something else. I love to cook, and very rarely "botch up" a recipe. When people ask for recipes, they ask if it's easy. Sure, I say, it's easy. After they make it, they give me a bunch of flack because it was too hard to make. What's hard about making a white sauce? Sure, it takes 10 minutes of constant stirring, but what's difficult about that?? To me, "hard" would be candy making. Everything has to be exact, or you'll ruin it. I really don't consider a lot of prep work or cook time difficult. Anyone agree?
