Cafe Pacifico is really good Baja/Southern Mexicali style food. It has a very extensive Tequila bar. I'd say their faihitas are better than the TE listed below. Pacifico has two locations in London, but the one I'm familiar with is just around the corner from Covent Garden tube station.

Texas Embassy is really good TexMex cuisine - their Chilli's relenoes are great! It's located within walking distance from Trafalgar Square and the Haymarket/Leister Square.

Good luck. When I lived in Windsor there was a really nice one called Charlie's Horse. We had just arrived from Texas, and it was a little taste of the better side of home.
