It doesn't have a name.

Ingredients:
1. Tequila (any brand)
2. Hot Tub (again...any brand)

Takes you from sober straight to HUH? skipping everything in between.

I should add that too much of each together can lead to alcohol poisoning.

These first two guys have 'nice' answers but not the right ones.

First of all Long Island Iced Tea, although it has 4 - 5 liquors in them don't have much more alcohol than a Vodka + Tonic. Bar managers aren't crazy and do NOT give away liquor! 'Maybe' they have a little more alc. Most mixed drinks have about 1.5 oz. of liquor; an 'up' drink like a Martini can have 2.5 oz. to fill up the stem glass but sometimes charge extra for it. In a bar or restaurant THAT is the most potent drink.
151º rum has would have 50% more or 2.25 oz. equivalent but sometimes bartenders will short the amount.

Double shot of So Comfort? Eew! Serve it on pancakes. An girl drink with a bad hangover. Yuk!

Making your own drink the strongest drink is made with Everclear®, almost completely pure alcohol — 191º proof. DO NOT DRINK THIS STRAIGHT, it WILL burn your tonsils!
The simplest drink: One can of Welch's™ concentrated grape or orange juice mixed with three cans water, one can Everclear®. Stir well and serve on the rocks!

It'll get the job done quicker than anything else and is really simple to make.

Long Island Iced Teas. They have five shots of different "white" liquors. If you want another shot in it, add a additional shot of Peach Schnappes and it is called a Long Beach Island Iced Tea.They are expensive and go down so easy. fast and smooth, but if you do not have a high alcohol tolerance you will be on the floor after two of these babies.

I bartened at a bar a few years back and got the patrons doing shots of applepucker and everclear.
Got you warmed up real fast
Do not drive or operate heavy machinery

Also, Flaming dr. peppers taste real good
1/2 glass of beer
shot glass of ameretto
topped with a splash of 151
light 151 and drop shot glass in beer. and chug. it really tastes like a dr.pepper. try it if you havent. Though alot of bars wont actually light the shot anymore bc of safety hazards. man i wish i had one of those right now.

I forget what it's called, but you can sub 151 for rum in a Long Island, or any Long Island variation.
Three Wisemen: Jose, Jack, and Jim (Nasty though)
Italian Apple: Crown Reserva, Sour Apple, Cran, and Tuaca.
