This typical Canadian and her family probably consumes about 24 eggs/mo which is 288 eggs/yr :) Divided by 3 people, that is 96 eggs/yr per person! Scrambled eggs w/ cheddar cheese, totally yummy :)

For health how many is not as important as what's in them. Eating a natural egg from a chicken that is raised organically without pesticides, hormones, food dyes etc in the food is not the same as eating average grocery store eggs.
