I live in the Midwest, but I'm really fond of seafood. What I was wondering is, if I want to cook a recipie calling for red mullet, or any other coast fish for that matter, what's a good way to get around the lack of fresh fish in St Louis? Can anyone draw me some comparisons between common and uncommon seafood ingredients?

I am looking for a recipe for a pasta salad. It would be nice if it was diabetic friendly, but it doesn't necessarily have to be. I also need to know about how many people it is going to feed so I can adjust it accordingly (for a party that I am going to). I would like something different, but nothing outlandish where I would end up spending a fortune.

I remember the fun, the fights, the tuff *** rock concerts from descent bands, parties, and great dances. That place was the boss. It was number one place. Too bad it close down in June, 1999. It was the greatest bar at Maryland University.

I have a lot of original receipes that I have created over the years. I have many old receipe books that I started cooking from when I was a teenager in the 1960's. Should I make a small cookbook of my own receipes or sell them one by one on E-bay?

I was just wondering how much dry gin you would have to have to feel the effects. Is a shot mixed with OJ a lot or not a lot? What about 2 shots?

I've seen a dip made once, that was supposed to simulate s'mores. It was similar to a fondue. I know that the marshmellows and chocolate were melted, and the graham crackers were used to dip, but I need a little help! Anyone have thoughts or a recipe?

Is it because the CO2 stays in your stomach and doesn't get into the other areas of the body? Because I know you don't want to breathe in carbon dioxide in large concentrations. So why would you want to drink them in? and what is differance? Also, does the CO2 get absorbed, or do you rely completely on gas releases?
Lastly, does anybody know how much soda is too much, as far as CO2 is concerned; or is there not a relavant limit?

I have to be able to produce it within 30 minutes while talking to the chefs and tell them what I am doing. It has to be something good, not like PB&J.
