I had the best crema gelato in Rome a few years back and have been trying to find a recipe that duplicates the taste. Thusfar I have been unable to find one that even comes close. It was just the plain crema flavor and very, very rich and yummy. The color was that of light butter...If you have a recipe that you have used, I would love to try it. (I have already used allrecipes.com, nothing good there)

I love deviled eggs and it makes me very frustrated every time I make them because no matter what I try it seems that the shells want to

She took advil earlier that day, and she had whiskey and then had vodka after but drank too much, it was the first time shes ever had a siezure and it was something to do with the alchohol but I was wondering what might have suddenly caused it. It was not her first time drinking, or overdrinking.

Just wondering if anyone had some good recipes they can me.

My situation is: dont like anything to fancy i.e $50 entree from fancy resturant

Only cooking for two and one two year old child every thing premixed at supermarket is designed for serving four.

I'm baking a pumpking pie, here are the directions which i don't understand: "Line, weight and blind-bake shell in middle of oven for 10 minutes. Carefully remove weight beans and paper and bake shell for 5 minutes more or until lightly colored. Let cook on rack." What's blind-bake, and what do they mean by weight and weight bean? Which paper do I have to remove? And finally, does it mean that I have to leave the pie crust in the oven after the 5 minutes have passed?
