a trick if you have an american express or visa/mastercard gold
card. Go to the airport and get a plane ticket to anywhere outside the EU (canary islands is also valid). pay with your creditcard and do some tax free shopping. come back out to the airline ticket desk and ask them to cancel your plane ticket due to any valid circumstance you can come up with(ffamily emergency, problems at work,...) since these credit cards hold a cancellation insurance you'll get a refund. Tax free shopping made easy!!!

You cannot buy JD VERY cheap - however if you go to Tesco's you could probably nick a few bottles for nothing.

Yeah, your local bog standard Aldi store should be able to come up with the goods! Gosh, some of their wine is more like Meths and smells like it too!

Depends where you live..........but if you can get to a hypermarket in Calais, you might be able to get some really cheap.

Failing that contact me, and I'll bring some, in return for an invite: igloo_iain@yahoo.com

I can tell you where you can get cheap whisky and fill up a few empty bottles, but I guess you know where to go.

Go to the liquor store in the worst possible neighborhood and you got yourself a deal. Preferrably a liquor store owned by Arabs.
