I'm planning to cook a beef roast, I stuffed it with garlic and seasoned it overnight. I'll start cooking at about 8am, on a very low heat, it'll be done close to 4pm. The meat will just fall to pieces in the roasts own juices. Absolutely delicious. I'm also making homemade mashed potatoes with redskins, and possible corn on the cob.

Turkey, stuffing, gravy, mashed potatoes, frozen peas (can't stand the canned) and fresh biscuits. Washed it down with an ice-cold Coke... Afterwards, apple pie and cool whip topping with a cup of French vanilla coffee.
*BURP* excuse me.
