Rice cakes. There might be some kind of brand name. If you ask for them at a health or food store they should know what you are talking about.
If they are what Im thinking of, you use them instead of bread, often using cream cheese spread instead of butter and having a sandwichy type thing?

wow. this is like the most accurate description i've heard! c'mon, give us a little more to work with. i know you said you can't remember but you've atleast got to know if it was sweet or savoury? maybe it was a jelly roll with a shredded coconut icing or some take on sushi....give us a bit more of a hint and you'd probably get much better answers.

it sounds like a rice crispy treat. if the "fluffy" stuff was sticky... it was marshmallows that held the rice cereal together.
