I'm addicted to energy drinks.?

I have a very difficult time going even one day without drinking a Monster or Rock Star energy drink. Some days, I drink 2 or 3. I don't think this is good for me. I've been off drugs and alcohol for almost 7 years...have I replaced these with the energy drinks? Sometimes when I drink them, I feel like I did when I used to use speed.

Can anyone shed some lite on the long term physical affects of what's in them? And has anybody experienced this same addiction?
