Any one know where to get .....?

Creme De Membrillo (Sp?). My Dad used to get this stuff in T.J. when I was a kid. He would bring it back and give it away as gifts. People loved it! We had one bottle left when I came back from boot camp, and he let me have some..... MAN it was good!

You could hardly taste the Alcohol. It was very fine, and a little sweet. I believe it was a Tequila Liquor. Very Nice.

Ideas?

Looking for improved texture in peach sorbet. Added peach liquor last time. Would gelitin improve?

Texture more like granita and I'd like it to be smoother and more skippable. Is anything in the peach liquors that would keep gelatin from jelling. If not gelatin, what should I try?

How to tell if olive oil is top-grade, pure and not mixed with other type of low grade oil?

Can some one tell me where in Malaysia can i get genuine olive oil. I suspect the ones i bought are faked ! Those from the supermarket are they genuine? WHich band is the best buy? Thank you.

10 points=best answer! i need an usual/different recipe for my food dynamics class.?

i prefer to do a dessert recipe (no cookies please tho) but i dont mind a main dish. it needs to be sumthing i can understand, but can be made between 45 minutes to an hour.... any ideas?
