Good lord above, you never had a Smore before? That's a deprived child hood, lemme tell ya.
Any kind of cracker will work. But a graham cracker is traditional. We use a couple short cuts sometimes. You can use a Keebler fudge graham for a double whammy chocolate fix,or you can use a chocolate graham.Again, the Hershey bar is trad, but in practice, the nestle crunch bar will also work. When you've tried these, the next step in your culinary education is a local variant called the shutter-upper.This involves toasting the marshmallow with a caramel on the end of the stick.WARNING this will get very hot.Let it cool, and pull in off between two saltine crackers.Ya get the sweet, salty, crunchy, goey and chewy all going at once.Ya' gotta love camp food.

You will need:
1 box of Gramham Crackers
1 bag of Large Marshmallows
6 to 10 Hershey's chocolate bars

The set up:
Break the cracker and the chocolate bar in half (should have 2 pieces) The cracker goes on the bottom and the chocolate on the top. Now, put them to the side and grab a marshmallow and place it on stick to roast lightly over campfire. Don't burn it! Once you see the marshmallow become soft, place the marshmallow over the chocolate. Now, grab the other half of the cracker with the chocolate and put the two together to form a sandwich. And there U go. A Smores! MMMmmmm!

Hope this helps. : )

Yes! And they are the best snakes/desserts ever! Hres what you'll need. Buy Graham crackers, any kind works. Buy a hersheys bar at the checkout center, you know the kind that you can break up into little rectangles. And last but not least, buy the jumbo size marshmellows. You know the kind that are the size of a gold ball. Then to prepare it, break one cracker in half so that they are both the same size. Then place one of the halves on the bottom then but a piece of hershey s chocolate on it and then put one marshmellow then place the other half on top. Stick in microwave for 20 seconds then ta da! For more effect, squeeze the crackers together after cooked and the marshmellow squeezes down. It's a really good treat!

An American classic.. Smores got their name from the phrase; "Give me Some more!" A favorite for around the camp fire.

1 large marshmallow
2 graham crackers
3 chocolate squares

Toast one marshmallow until a light golden color.
Top with 2 squares of chocolate.
Sandwich between one graham cracker, broken in half.
(That would be 4 separate grahams, 2 on either side of the smore).
To toast while camping, push the marshmallow on a long stick and turn constantly over an open fire.
To toast at home, pop in a preheated oven on a cookie sheet and watch closely!
(Usually about 2 minutes).

I've only done them on a grill over a campfire. You take Graham crackers, chocolate (I prefer Hershey's milk chocolate), marshmallows (1 large or a couple of small ones) and more graham crackers. Make a sandwich with them and wrap them in foil. Some people do them in toaster ovens or on a BBQ. The goal is melt the chocolate and the marshmallow without burning the graham crackers. They're awesome and if you get it right, not as messy as it sounds.

smores are the best. Get some graham crackers, some marshmallows and a couple of chocolate bars. Put a piece of the chocolate bar on one piece of graham cracker, put your marshmellow on a skewer and get it nice and brown and melty over an open fire (campfire) the put the marshmellow carefully on the peice of chocolate, and put the other piece of graham cracker over it to make a sandwich, then enjoy.

graham Crackers I love milk choclate, and big marshmellows. How are you guys going to cook them? Probably with a microwave? Put a graham cracker on a mictowave-safe plate (Half of one) Break up the chocolate, I think there is enough for about 3 or 4 s'mores. place it on the graham cracker in the microwave and place marshmellow on it. put it for like 10-20 secs .. Watch it the marshmellow will puff up and/or fall off.. Just stop it before it does, and flatten it alittle and finish the time on it. put the other half of the cracker on it. Then Enjoy! These are very yummy to me. xD Watch out for the chocolate! (It can drip.:P)

Any kind of honey graham crackers, marshmallows, and your favorite milk chocolate! Wow the melty, crunchy, chocolately goodness of s'mores is just an unbeatable combination! You should put some chocolate on half a graham cracker and then put the marshmallow in the fire to just toast it and get it somewhat melted and then put the marshmall on the cracker with chocolate and then put the other half of the cracker on it and ENJOY!!! Good luck once you have one it is pretty hard to stop!

bag of marshmallows
Hershey's chocolate bars
graham crackers
PREPARATION:
Toast marshmallows over a campfire and place them on a graham cracker with a piece of chocolate. Take a second graham cracker and mash it on top to complete the s'mores. Be careful, toasted marshmallows will have very hot centers.
