Just think of the reasons why you want to make the transition into veganism. I'm sure your beliefs will far out weigh the temptations of certain foods that probably aren't that great for your body in the first place. When I first became vegan I really missed cheese pizza, but then I would remember how supporting the dairy industry also supported the veal industry and suddenly the thought of baby cows penned up and force fed liquids, living a terrible short life made me realize that I could find a better alternative. Use your head to make decisions, not your stomach! Good Luck!

Vegans do not devour something that comes from an animal - that's meat, eggs, milk, butter, cream. also pay attention of such issues as gelatin and some food colourings - continually verify food labels. you may have soya marg and milk. make constructive you load up on protien from nuts and soya products so that you nevertheless get adequate. Tofu and lentils / beans are also tremendous sources. good luck! xxxx

There are alot of foods that are not considered vegan. It all depends on how in serious you want to be about it. Refined sugar and alot of alcohol (mostly beer) isn't considered vegan because of the animals used in their creation. There are alot of noodles that are vegan though, and there is a "vegan honey" that is actually cactus nectar. I haven't tried it, but I hear it is good.

You should check out lists of food that are and aren't considered vegan. http://www.veganwolf.com/animal_ingredients.htm

You can eat noodles as long as they have no animal products in them. It sounds like it's easy for you to give up the dairy. I would still eat honey.

vegan is a hard way to go. most food is made with butter or lard so you can't do many resturuants. even most medicines have gelatine coatings. vegaterian is fairly easy. plan to read the labels on everything and be willing to give up a lot of stuff........good luck!!!

Why, eat what you want. Personally I don't see how being vegan can be healthy. All you eat are veggies and grain. And vegans can eat noodles.

Become a vegan because of your belief no because of what you can and cannot eat.
