I like them all but McDonald's is my choice because there is a bit of variety on the menu, it's addictive and you can if you wanted too, eat it more regularly than you would say KFC. Burger King isn't as good in my opinion.
My second choice is pizza as that's something you could at least enjoy once a week without getting sick of it. Pizza Hut is my choice over Dominoes as their pizzas to me seem to have gone down hill but if for some reason I can't get Pizza Hut, I won't refuse a Dominoes. lol
KFC is is third but is more my special treat because it's not something I want to eat as regular, so I really enjoy it when I do have it.
Subway is nice but there is too much sugar in their white bread..it's too sweet and doesn't sustain you the way a regular white bread roll filled with salad and meat would. Also they are very expensive imo. Also their meat is processed.

mmmm I love Subway and KFC best. I don't really like the way KFC kills their chickens but it tastes good and I try not to think of that. Burger King has gross burgers which is funny because the company is called BURGER King.

Subway is good as far as fast food goes. Not big on fast food restaurants but Subway would rank #1 with me.
