Just expirement. I would say about 4oz milk, 4oz yogurt, 1/2 cup raspberries, 1/2 cup strawberries, 1/8 cup juice, 1 cup ice. That makes one serving, and add ingredients in that order. I work at a smoothie shop, so I make stuff like this every day.

I'd leave out the milk. Start by adding about 1 cup of ice, mixed berries and yogurt. Begin to mix. Then slowly add in the juice, until you get to the texture you are looking for.

Start with 1/2 cup of ' the dole juice', then add handfuls of the
fruit (frozen is great too)

If you add the yogurt go lightly on the milk or none at all.

A little water or diet 7 up will stretch the liquid with no sweetners.

good luck

I'd start with equal amounts of each, such as:
a cup of yogurt, a cup of juice, a cup of ice, a cup of fruit and a cup of milk, but I would also add a tblsp of protein powder or wheat germ to thicken
