I've seen a dip made once, that was supposed to simulate s'mores. It was similar to a fondue. I know that the marshmellows and chocolate were melted, and the graham crackers were used to dip, but I need a little help! Anyone have thoughts or a recipe?

S'mores Dip

2 jars (7oz. each) marshmallow creme
3 containers (4 oz. each) chocolate fudge snack paks
Graham crackers
*assorted fruits

1. Stir marshmallow creme until smooth. Layer marshmallow and pudding in clear single serving containers that your kids won't break!

2. Serve dip with graham crackers and fruit.

* I use strawberries, banana chunks, pineapple chunks and grapes skewered on coffee straws.
Makes about 3 1/2 cups of dip.

I also would see no harm in just purchasing the Smores flavor pudding snacks already made up and using that as a dip. It tastes good to me.

There is also a recipe i have seen using Cool Whip instead:

3 parts Cool Whip
1 part melted chocolate chips

This would be a good alternative if you want less sugar than marshmallow creme, but i dont think it would taste as good.

S'Mores Fondue
1 1/2 cups milk
1 (12 ounce) bag semisweet chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups Marshmallow Crème
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 red apples, sliced
3 green apples, sliced

Heat milk in medium saucepan until just simmering. Remove from heat. Add chips; let stand 1 minute. Stir until melted. Whisk in Marshmallow Crème.

Pour into fondue pot to keep warm. Place graham cracker crumbs in serving bowl. Dip apple slices into warm chocolate mixture; dip into graham cracker crumbs.

Makes 4 cups - about 10 servings.
