I have been dating my boyfriend for 9 months. Things have gotten serious in the past few months and we are starting to integrate our lives together. I am a regional manager for a construction supply company. My career is such a big part of my life so my boyfriend has been anxious to see where I work. He plans to visit one of the retail locations that I manage today for a grand tour and then will take me to lunch.

When he gets here should I introduce him to my staff or should I just walk around with him as if he is a client? If I do formally introduce him to my coworkers should I introduce him as my friend or boyfriend?

Because I’m in a management role, I keep my personal life out of the workplace as much as possible. I’ve never even mentioned that I have a boyfriend and it will be big news that my staff will whisper about for weeks. I’m uncomfortable mixing the two but I’m happy to do this because it is so important to my boyfriend.

i know this guy sort of in a way because he goes to school 9.5 miles from me and we talked on facebook and he asked me out we never met in real life but he knows what i look like and i know what he looks like and he is already saying "i love you'' does this sound like a bad idea or will it work out?

What do you think? Is this possible, or is this an oxymoron?

my live in boyfriend of 2 yrs resently went out with his best friend for his birhtday which I was fine with. I even offered to watch his friends daugher. When he returned later that night we made love then he went to lay downstairs instead of staying in bed. I thought maybe he was getting sick from drinking. I got ready for bed his cell phone rang and I answered it and was hung up on. I dialed the # back and it went to voice mail for a Julie. I then checked his phone and found 4 test messages from this Julie they had a flirtatious tone to them. when i questioned him he said that his friend was the one talking to the women not him and that he never saw the messages. My boyfriend hasn't offered to have is friend call me to confirm. My boyfriend hasn't done anything like this before if he was out and made a mistake should I forgive him. HELP

Like, I really haven't a boyfriend in a serious realationship in some years. I'm usually the one who breaks up all my realationships once, I get into them because the guys I usually date are jerks and I have no fling for them; I actually don't know why I don't give them a chance. I'm 19 and I have no boyfriend; it sucks because everyone in my family thinks I'm a geek who doesn't have a life or a boyfriend. I'm a beautiful girl and I'm not really ready for a boyfriend; is what I really want to tell them. It makes me feel kinda bad to see some of my sisters with boyfriends and hubsands. It's like they don't want to see me with a boyfriend or something. I even get the gay label sometimes because I hang out with my best friend Brittany so much, but I'm not gay. I hate it when people asks me, " Chloe where's your boyfriend at?" It's like a joke to them, but it's a serious matter to me. I tell them, " Oh, I don't have one." Like, how do I ignore what people say like this?

Yesterday I walked in on my girlfriend cheating on me with some bloke. I wasn't too annoyed b/c I was kind of bored with the way things were going. Anyway, I walked right out her place and called up one of her co-workers, one of the Auditors actually who had been giving me a bit of attention for the past 3 months(although we hadn't done anything). We had a drink, talked a bit and shagged.

Can you believe that she's got the nerve to be upset with me now as if I had done something wrong or cheated on HER?! Where's the logic in that?!

Does this mean that she is into him or just checking out the country he lives in? I mean looking for 'free accomodation'? They kissed in the past...and flirted.. and they have stayed in contact?

I was at a party last night.... me and my friend was havin' a discussion about relationships. I went over to these girls to get a female opinion about what they think is the biggest problems in relationship today. I even said that I don't wanna be too long because I really have to get back to where I am. You could SEE that they were just trying to ignore... I turned to the other one, I was like "what about you, what do you think?" Her response was "can you please leave me alone?" I mean.................. what more do you girls want?? I wasn't even coming on to her. Just a simple opinion, and there were attitude problems.

A friend of mine, he's sexually attracted, I always wanted more than sex, so we remained friends for 10+ yrs. He'd touch & feel my a*ss at times, I never liked that but never confronted him bcz I was afraid he'd get mad & we'd argue. A couple of wks ago I saw him. He hugged me, grabbed/felt my a*ss with both hands. I HATED it. I didnt say nothing bcz I fear an argument. But it bothered me so much that last night I called & tried to talk to him about it. I didnt yell, didnt get nasty, I wasnt belligerent, I was TALKING to him. I told him I felt violated & disrespected when he feels on my a*ss. His response was short, with attitude. He said, "You read too deep into things" & "Trust me it'll never happen again" & he hung up on me. I was still talking. That hurt my feelings. From there we argued FOR A LONG TIME & it got NASTY & I'm the bad guy. See? This is why I hesitated to confront him. Shouldnt he had've responded with more respect & talked to me instead of hanging up on me???

i just turned 21 and i still have never been in a relationship with a guy. ive been told im a cute, smart and fun girl to be around but no one seems to want to be more than friends with me. i go out a lot with my friends and i occasionally meet some new people, but like i said it never really gets past friendship status. when i do find a guy i like who likes me back, he usually doesnt want to do anything more than hook up or fool around or whatever and thats just not what im looking for. i just need some advice to where i could be going wrong.. people just keep telling me to wait but im getting pretty impatient and i want to do something about it. why cant i find someone who wants to be in a relationship?

I want to start out fresh in a relationship since I don't have much experience in this area or life. Out of curiosity I had met up with 10 girls that were my age. I noticed that 9 of them had kids, 7 of them had been married before and 6 of them were bad drug addicts. I'm not saying young single mothers are bad so don't get yourself upset over nothing. What I'm saying is that I've not had much experience with dating. I've only been with a few girls that didn't last long, just wanted to piss someone else off by sleeping with you and didn't want to talk to you when it was over. That's all well and great when your young but when you get older, look for something more and want to start out with someone that with the same experience it seems impossible. I thought I was just attracting the wrong type of girl but now I see the alternative doesn't seem to exist.

I met this one girl at a club. She told me she's 22 and she looks so youthful she probably could've passed for that age. However, she made the mistake of giving me her email address, which allowed me to collect a fairly comprehensive dossier on her and it turns out she's really in her 30's. What gives?

My girlfriend wants me to come to Vermont with her and her friends in about a week for vacation, and believe me I would love to go, cause its free lodging in a log cabin, but I've already committed to playing a gig with my band on the 4th, and I'm a man of my word. My girlfriend is absoulutely wonderful and the best girl I've ever been with, and it would mean a lot to her if I went, and I don't want a guilt trip. I would really like to go, but like I said I'm a man of my word, how do I help her understand that I have to do this, my band needs me without making her feel bad, because she said she wouldn;t go unless I went, but she really wants to vacation with me. Any advice would be great. Thanks guys.

Im really not a horrible or fake person i swear but I have the problem of cheating on guys. even ones I really like. I think ive cheated on every boyfriend Ive ever had and none of them have ever found out so i think thats why i keep doin it and i really think its an actual problem! Im the same way with stealing (from stores not people) Ive gotten away with it so I keep doing it.
I really like the guy Im with ALOT. Weve been good friends for over a year now and hes the first guy Ive dated that I was friends with for a while first and he lives across the street! So I really dont want to mess it up with him. when we first started talkin, but were already kissing and all, I went out with some friends to a bar and left with one of my exs friends for the night. i justified that by saying my boyfriend and i werent 'official' yet but i did still feel bad. He and I spend almost all our time together but I feel like when were not and temptation comes around im gonna cheat! how do i not?!?!?!?
