i know this guy sort of in a way because he goes to school 9.5 miles from me and we talked on facebook and he asked me out we never met in real life but he knows what i look like and i know what he looks like and he is already saying "i love you'' does this sound like a bad idea or will it work out?

If he's saying "love" already without meeting you...he could be in love with the image you have portrayed (whether accurate or not). I would be cautious in meeting him. Don't give your heart away without getting to know the real person and don't meet him without a getaway plan. You never know until you meet someone who they are. Don't risk your safety.

Saying I love you when you haven't done the fundamental things like a first kiss, holding hands, and dare I say even sex seem strange to me. But that's not to say it's wrong! Meet the guy, do it in a safe place, and take your time. I love you can mean pretty big stuff so don't take it lightly if you want a long lasting relationship.

Bad idea. He can't love you - he barely knows you! And why would you go out with a guy you've never met? Get to know each other in person; he may be completely different when you meet him, or he may decide you're not what he's looking for.

very bad...if you have never met him, or have a friend that has physically never met him. NO NO NO dont do it. Too many sick people out in the world. And why does he love you? He knows nothing about you.

i dont think this will work! if you wanted to meet him you would want to be in a public place with a lot of people and make sure hes not something bad. but him saying i love you before you guys actually meet i think that is a little crazy!

try to meet him first and be friends with him..get to know him more, its hard to have a relationship with a guy u just met thru facebook but also be careful
