this guy that i am going out with said that he needs his space. but the thing is that it is a long distance relationship, and he has all the space and the only time i see him is for vacations during the school year. he also told me that he still loves me. IM SO CONFUSED. and its so hard to take him off of my mind.

ha-ha, well, I'm able to get pretty well with my girlfriends mom and we can laugh and have a good time, but I'm not too sure on how she think about it. Cause im getting the feeling she wants the " bad-boy-parents-don't-like-him-so-i-will-date-him" type of guy, i could just be over reacting, but who knows, just want some feedback. Thanks!

he has a girlfriend, he loves to hold my hand, he likes it when we're alone..
i have liked him for two years, he makes me feel comfortable, we have so much in common..

So, i met this girl about a year and a half ago and we basically became best friends right away. when we were first getting to know each other we were just friends and stuff and we just had great convos all the time. shes a long distance friend but we both go to the same college now and i hang out with her all the time. I really really like her now and dont know if i should tell her or not. I think she prolly already knows but i dont know. sometimes she seems like she likes me but ohter times its like were only friends like it always has been. I just dont want to make things weird if i do tell her but i really like her alot. I really feel like there is something between us but i cant tell if she feels the same way. So should i tell her or should i just keep waiting to see if something happens naturally?

Hi there, I am a 27 year old female, doctoral level degree, have great friends, am happy with most aspects of my life...however, I have one "problem" I have never dated anyone before! I've had a bit of a one track mind during college and grad school and have focused mostly on my ultimate educational goals. Now I feel ready to start dating people, but it just seems like everyone around me is either in a serious relationship, married, engaged, or is still in a "player" mode. I am not really comfortable in "bar" type settings. My friends tell me that I "need to put myself out there" but I'm not sure of some ways of doing that. Any advice?

One joins to meet people...and maybe find a special person...the only way is to go out on dates, and chose one....
Any suggestions...NO there don't come to the house either....
But the dating game is a pain in the neck..Men who flatter you, insincere, players..some lonely ones who actually want to meet someone.
So its like going for a job interview...lunch..movies etc.
No meet for coffees.. so the cheapo can check you out....none of that...Have to do something fun..movie and lunch so we can talk...
If they can't afford that they can't afford me anyway....AND IT MEANS THE ARE CHEAP!

I was dumped a few weeks ago and despite feeling alone I am sad because I dont want to be alone at Christmas time. hello about a month ago i got out of a relationship with a girl. this was my first real gf and i was her first real bf and i cared for her a lot. the first few weeks were amazing, i was so glad i found somebody perfect for me. we made it about a month and a half, and then one day she starts kind of showing some signs of not liking me, and at the end of the day she breaks up with me. i talk about it and she says she didnt feel the same way about me like she did before, and that she would rather be with another guy when i asked. it was an obvious blow to the heart. i still have days/mornings/nights where i am so so sad and fed up with life itself. i found the perfect girl for me, despite what others judged her for. and now its all over. she says she still wants to be friends and all, and that she understands how i feel being sad and all. but i dont know if i can take this any longer. it just KILLS me that she once liked me, but now she doesnt feel the same. how do i get over her?

Have you ever farted on a first date by accident.
I had a few drinks so I was relaxed but ended up making the loudest fart, he most definately heard but didnt say anything.
I felt so silly, I no its just a fart but my god its not something you do to impress someone.

This person is inconsistent with his storys and constantly has outburst when confronted .I have given many chances to this person for the same reasons allready-he try to change but his back to his old habits. this one is real hard for me to get over- his outbust is scaring me- I want out of the relashionship but I dont know how to be assertive and clear and mean what I say and say what I mean..P.S English is my second lenguage so please excuse my spelling and thanks in advance for your answers.
