Well im 17 and a Junior in high school but when a guy has a girlfriend while he likes to flirt with you thats a bad sign. If he is willing to cheat on his girlfriend what makes you think he doesn't have other "friends" who he feels close to?
Sorry if this sounds a little bit mean but if your really interested in the guy at least ask him why if he likes you, and why he is going out with another girl.

if he has a gf and still doing that to you, that isnt good sweetie. ok let me break everything down for you.
1. he has a gf and still doing that with you. it may be little things but think about it. would you want him doing that if he was with you? honestly.. i would be pretty darn upset.
2. how do you know he isnt doing that with another girl? he could possibly do the same thing with other girls and you dont know a thing about it.
3. some guys ask your interest and act like its theirs as well. then you think you have so much in common, and then he uses you and moves on. thats when you realize you guys really didnt have a thing in common.
im not saying thats exactly what he is doing but those are just some possibilities. if anything i would put myself in the gfs shoes. if he really does like you and you 2 do get together, i hope he doesnt repeat the same thing with you.
p.s. sorry this is really long but i had to be thorough with you.
if anything i say MOVE ON NOW!! before you get caught up in a situation that you really dont want to be in.

He is unavailable, but it seems like he is being inappropriate with you when his girlfriend is not around. This seems like the kind of guy who isn't very loyal to his girlfriends. I know you like him a lot, and most people in your situation think that if you guys were together he would never do this with another girl. But he should either stop leading you on, or break up with his girlfriend and give you a fair chance.
It does sound like he has feelings for you but I'm not impressed by how he is handling the situation. If I were you I wouldn't be very happy with his choices here.

Well, if he has a girlfriend, wait for him to break up with her, which he will if he really likes you and isn't being evil.
Afterwards, just hang out. Don't get too serious too fast. You aren't too young to date, but you're too young to get involved in a more mature relationship. (I'm too young and I'm 18!) If you do get together, try going on dates with friends, like ice skating or bowling. It's a great way to get to know each other and have fun.
Plus, if you don't kiss or anything for awhile, it'll build your parents trust, which comes in handy when you're older.

Personally I think he's just one of those guys you can hang out and have fun with, nothing serious. If he liked you or showed some kind of interest he would end his relationship with his current girlfriend. You sure can find another guy who's worth spending time with and that meets all your standards. Its tough I know but you'll eventually get over him.

one way sometimes he starses you in the eyes
second way he smiles all the tiem A lot depends on the type of guy and his individual personality.
Shy Guys
These are tough to crack sometimes...
He'll look at you, until you turn around, then boom, he's looking the other way.
You may 'feel' like he's watching you - but he's hard to catch at it
He may do something physical - like grab you in a play way, poke you, play with your hair...
(Remember when you were really young and the guy you liked punched you or tackled you?)
He may be working really hard to pay attention to you, but doesn't quite know how...
He may ask a friend of yours about you - he'll say it's just for "friend of mine" that wants to know about you.
He talks to everybody else - but when you're around he turns silent, or chokes up.
You seem to accidentally bump into him a lot of different places.
He may not say a word to you, but he shows up in the same line, at the same movie, etc.
He'll give you a little smile from across the room, but if you get near, he won't look up.
Basically - the BIG clue is that his behavior changes when you're around (compared to when he's around his buds or other girls).
DEAD Giveaway - when you talk to him he turns red.
(Bingo - you can pack that puppy up and take him home...)
and i dont think your to mature to be in love or have a boyfriend thoses are the most normal years in your hold life period so good luck and i think he likes you : )

if he likes to hold your hand and be alone with you, then it seems as though he does like you, but the girlfriend is an issue....you should probably find out if he likes her as well, or if he is planning on moving on from the relationship, because if he likes both you and her he could end up screwing up your life because he doesnt know what he wants.

Hey, I'm a 14 y.o. guy and of course, dating is chilled. Trust me, guys like it when they've got lots of chicks around em. I suggest, you just tell him how you feel but if you're gd friends with his gf, start a converstaion about it and tell her that u really like him.

well, he does SOUND perfect BUT if he has a girlfriend and he loves to hold hands with you and be alone, you should probably be worried. if he's flirting with you while he has a girlfriend, think about how he'll be if you're with him. what if he flirts with girls behind your back??
