I am asking this because at the last job I worked at, there was one employee who had no concept of interpersonal boundaries. It was quite obvious that he was the touchy-feely flirtatious type. I tolerated his ways for a few months and then slowly got into avoidance mode until he got the picture and left me alone. He still acted the same way though toward other women in the workplace through his words such as using the term "baby" and touchy-feely personality. Another coworker actually called him a pervert to me in confidence. Could I have filed a sexual harassment complaint against him for this kind of behavior? I tend to be too nice and just use the avoidance approach to deal with these kinds of people on the job.

I am a junior in college and I never go out. I have the same friends from high school and we are slowly growing apart. I have met aquaintances but no friends while in college. I have also not dated anyone since high school. All the good guys seem to be taken. I long to meet someone because I think I am driving my family crazy because I always confide in them and I refuse to confide in my friends. A few days ago in one of my classes, we were taking about dating guys. (its a womens health class...) Most of the girls were shocked when they learned that I have never said I love you to a guy before. Is that so wrong??? I never go out or meet people because I seem to have to study a million times more than anyone else. School has never been easy for me. I dont deserve to go out, especially this semester since I am failing. What should I do???

I am in love with one of my best male friends (in his 20s). After weeks of agony, we finally had 'the talk', wherein he explained that he doesn't want a girlfriend for at least a year, if not several, based on his bad experience with his last gf. They broke up a YEAR ago and he says he's just now realising he is no longer in love with her. He wants to see the world, have adventures, etc. He is constantly telling me how great I am in superlative terms; he is physically affectionate (arms around me, etc). I am wondering if when he says he wants 'adventures' it means he is not sure about his sexuality. I know I sound vain for suspecting his gayness based on his unwillingness to make a pass at me. But I do have a history of being a faghag and being a magnet for gay men (which is great except when I'm in love with him). What's going on? (1) he is really through with dating (this sounds implausible) (2) he is 'just not that into me' (3) he is confused sexually (he says not)

I am 19 years old. I have a very big problem. My penis is 12 inches when erect. Most guys would dream of having such a penis but it only trouble. Every time i have sex with a girl i hurt them. On some occasions i actually cant insert it into the vagina at all. The last girl i slept with actually cried. Well... I've been dating a guy for 2 months. And everything is great. And then, one day I sent him a text message saying: "I'm thinking of you!"... The response was: "I miss you too!"After this day, I always say "I miss you" first and he says "I miss you too". He said it first a couple times.... And I really want to know if it is true or not?! I have a friend who constantly tells me that things aren't the way they used to be in this generation, and that certain things are now more acceptable.

With that said, I've had a boyfriend for a month now, knew him for about a month before that. He treats me like royalty and we spend so much time together. He always talks about the future with us. He's very mature and intelligent.
I am a senior in college, 21 years old. We just started having sex (me for the first time). Was too soon?

You know when you're so in love with someone they're always on your mind. When you wake up from when you go to bed.. they are all you can think about. Well, it's even worse when you have no idea if this person feels anything relatively close to what you feel. The guy that I'm insanely falling for is again, 7 years older than me, and we haven't even taken any steps into getting into a relationship. It's just a friend thing, and even worse, he has a girlfriend. I honestly don't know what to do... My boyfriend of 3 years keeps standing me up. Its not like once in a while either, its like out of 5 times we are supposed to see each other, he will stand me up 3 times. Everytime I confront him about it, he always says that he has many things to do and other responsibilities that he has to take care of but he loves me so much. He has stood me up so much that I have dumped him the past because of it but took him back because he says that he loves me and would not do anything to hurt me. If an emergency situation came up or he had to work late then I would totally understand but thats usually not the case. He is either hanging out with his friends or falls asleep but either way I'm so tired of it and he will not stop no matter what I say. Okkk well I like this guy..
He is one of my bestfriends. He has a girlfriend though. But I think his girlfriend isn't right for him.. He could do wayy better. He is really hott and a lopt of girls at our school like him. Well his girlfriend isn't right for him cuz she always has an aditude*. She yells at him to do things. I just don't like her in general. Now some people think I am jealous. I saw my crush the other day for the 1st time in like five months. When I saw him he kept staring at me and blushing. It was like he was in a trance when he staring. He was acting all flustered and stuff and yet he was with some other girl. It looked like he didn't care he was with her because I was there. I was dating this woman for 9 months. We were boyfriend and girlfriend for about 3 months. Then all of the sudden I find out she was in another relationship since before we met. I've been dating my boyfriend for a year and a month. and I know he's the one for me. He has told me he wants to one day marry me and spend the rest of his life with me. In the beginning of our relationship we've had a rough start. we were both previously cheated on and have been badly hurt. There is this guy i met at a club after school, we started talking and i felt really comfortable with him. He showed some signs of liking me like, only focusing on me in a crowd, to the point where everyone just left us alone and we just kept on talking and we had a lot in common, he said i was pretty and i noticed him staring at me, and even at my boobs, which kinda annoyed me but everyone always does (i dont where slutty clothes i just have big boobs and a small figure) but he's also a 2 years younger then me.
