Ladies, Would you stay in a relationship in which you would be financially better off by yourself? I'm not talking about supporting each other. I mean in a situation where you pay all the bills, i mean for every little thing, gas, rent, grocery utilities, school everything. You are in a relatively good paying job but not able to save.

If by yourself you could save for back to school etc. But the guy is a good father, helps around the house etc.

I am a SAHM and we have a 6 year old son whom we homeschool. My DH got a job 1 hour away and we would like to move closer to work. We want to rent but can't find a place yet.
BIL tell mom they want to "help" us. BIL told mom he wanted to buy a property for us to rent. They tell us to go to moms and we all will diascuss it then. We went to moms and they sat us down, pulled out a budget form and showed us shack places and gave us a lecture "Why do you want to move"? Why can't you buy?" They basically ridiculed their mom by claiming she got it all wrong and they are not going to help us other than inform us what we need to do. This is not the second time. This time I told them off, my MIL told them off and my DH is going to yet tell them off. I told DH :"no more mrs nice guy". I am going to be bluntly honest. I am tired of the tummy aches and headaches I get because I am so nervous around them. Any ideas on how to keep them from doing this again?

i used to hang out with this guy like everyday. he would even sleep over at my apartment and hangout with all his friends there. i never minded because i liked his friends. i always had a crush on him but he always said that he didn't feel the same about me. three time i confronted him about it and always the same answer he liked another girl. well i moved out of the area and he said that he would never visit me because we weren't that close. well i went to my home town after being gone for a few months just to visit. while i was there we hung out and he told me how he had been chasing the wrong girl while the right girl was in front of him the whole time. meaning me. now my friends think that he is just settleing for me because he couldn't get the other girl. i don't know what to think. i hope they aren't right but they bring up a good point. now what should i do? how should i feel. i still really like him.

The Plague

Thoughts of you plague my head

Without you, my heart feels dead

You bring out the best in me

Why oh why, can’t this be

Me your girl and you my man

Don’t be like the others, they ran and ran

My love is deep and true I say

You loving me, I hope to see that day

Just fine, I can live without you

Its by far not something I want to do

A future with you is something I want

A need not necessary, or something to flaunt

You’re love I will await

If it is meant, if its fate

Otherwise, I will move on and live my life without you

Because without you in my life, I really don’t know what I’ll do

i mean why do u women always break up with a man and then want to get back with him. Is it because u see a change in the man or u realize u made a mistake by letting him go. Because im in a situation like this. Me and my girlfriend broke up but she still wants to go to the movies with me and hang out with me and she still tells me that she loves me. And she still worries about me and care about me. And im confused because she is the one that broke off the relationship and i still have strong feeling for her and she has a son that she wants to call me Daddy when im really not the child's father but im the only father figure in his life. And i love him and her a lot but im scared to make a move and tell my ex that i want her back because like i said she was the one who ended the relationship. So i guess the best thing for me to do is to respect her decision to end the relationship and just see how things turn out. I hope things turn out for the best and we get back together.

Is it boudary you have to agree on? Is flirting allowed? Is a lady allowed a male friend and vice versa? How far would you allow someone to go before you said 'THAT IT!'?

He is staying with his new baby's mother and I want my kids to stay with him more to give me time for myself. BUT he will not let me meet her. I have no problems with her, I just want to meet the person who will have some say on how things will be done while my children are over there. But he really don't want me to meet her. So should I let my kids go over there even though he refused to let me meet her? HELP!!!!!!!!!!!
