Ok this is my question. When you get ready to get married you have to marriage certificate and everything and then you go to get married by whoever is allowed. Does the government know when you get married because of that marriage certificate or no?

I know what I call her. Unfortunately the young married guy allowed himself to fall prey and betrayed his wife and little kids.

Is this common? And how do people cope with the low periods? A short time ago I was feeling fairly happy, feeling I could not imagine life without my husband.... Now I feel as if I can not stand the sight of him!!! Am I just completely insane?

In my 50's and I feel alone....two kids grown and married and one still in school. There is no communication between my wife and me. It seems that we're waiting for the youngest to go off to school, before making a decision which will ultimately affect the rest of our lives as 'husband and wife.' Living together has become a source of stress, unhappiness, and (as mentioned above) extreme loneliness.

have been married with my husband for 1 year now, but we've been living together for almost 3 years. The problem is I know he's addicted to porn!!! It really bothers me because I feel like I'm not satisfying him. I dt mind watching it either from time to time but when it becomes to watching it secretly, behind my back and more often..again and again and again..it's really annoying!!!! the thing is what they do in movies is rarely wht happens in real life but I feel like he wants it to be that way... no more love making...no more hugging..no more tenderness..everything has to be wild and violent!!! alllllll the time??!!! isn't it too much?? I can be wild too but sometimes u feel like u need to do it in a romantic way..calm..intense.. what should I do?? Am I exaggerating?? I also feel like he's betraying me :( ...isn't it weird??

I have been having an affair with a married man for 3 years. I was married and have since divorced - he is still with his wife. I do love him with all heart. Last week he told me she was leaving him, but not until after the holidays. If she was leaving why wait? And if she doesn't should I end the affair? I forgot to mention that he is probably going to jail anyway.

He is a classic nerd (I love him for it!). He likes D&D, video games, and computers. He drives a hybrid and is a Baptist. And he loves to read books. Doesn't want me to buy him games or computer stuff b/c he works at a place where he can get his own massive discounts, and he's really picky. I bought him a 3 peice suit that got lost in the mail and is now not expected until after xmas, so saving it for Valentines, but now have no idea what to get him for xmas! Please help!

I would not want to get married because i don't want someone bitching at me all the time and I don't feel like giving something up for someone else. I definitely would not want any kids, as I hate kids and I would just ignore them all day and yell at them. If I had a wife, I would have fun and scream at her all the time, so i can be a tyrant

ie: they will inevitable do something that normally most women would ask them about first. when a woman is intested in him she asks alot to please him. but most men just do first and pay the consiquences later. such as, most girls would ask or wait to be asked about a passionate kiss lets say....but, most men would just lay it on u without even seeing if ur into it. what am i missing here guys? and girls ur perspective would b good too. ty ps. i fully understand under certain "passionate situations" quesions r not necessary. i'm mainly speaking on a new meeting type thing.

He's a mean big black guy and most people are intimidated by him. I have always noticed that he talks and treats me like crap. He has a very short fuse and i've seem him come close to hitting my sister. Yesterday i accidently closed the door behind me(he wanted to go in but i didnt see him coming)and he gave me the dirtiest look ever. I dont know what his problem is. The worst thing he is helping me and mom move house and i was in the van with him and his friend and he openly called me thick. I have a policeman boyfriend and i know my sisters husband has done terrorist things in the past,i could say something if i wanted to but i wont because of my sisters sake. I dont think he respects women,i dont know what my sister see's in him.

my boyfriend and i have been together a long time and we always talked about starting a family together. he is graduating college this month and has a job waiting for him which pays a lot. i on the other hand am still in school for another 2 semesters.we currently live together a few days a week and a the other days i am at home with my parents. ( this arrangement was made because my parents wouldnt let me move out until i was married) anyways, my boyfriend is saying that he wants to propose to me really soon just so we can move in together sooner. i would love that, but i dont feel that its fair to me that the only reason i am getting a proposal is so i can move in with him full time. i want something special and meaningful, not just something that he "has"to do so we can live together. would i be wrong to tell him not to propose to me until he actually wants to marry me and not just live with me.am i wrong? and i wont move in with him until i am at least engaged due to family issues

I know in the past before my cousin became a mormon he was a ladies man and liked his women etc. Anyway, when he became a mormon he changed his life around and met a nice mormon woman(they now have 6 children). Me,my aunt and best friend go down and visit them whenever we can. I was shocked the day my friend told me they had been doing sexual things while me and my aunt had gone to bed(his wife had been away at the time). I know she's not lying because i have known her a long time and she tells me everything. I know i cant say anything as it would break up the family but i cant believe this has happened, especially because he's a bishop now,i keep wondering why he would cheat on his wife?

Since over half of the marriages these days winds up in divorce, how will this impact society in the future, and younger generations (twenty somethings). Will this have a positive/negetive effect on people's relationships. The marriage rate is down - is this bad?

I am seriously fighting a deep depression because of this. If there was an investigation and he were found guilty, THEN I'd be eligible for assistance, but until it's exposed I am out in the cold.

If the police do not SEE a crime then they also do not SEE a victim. I am invisible. I have "waves" of uncontrolable crying spells and I can't seem to shake it. I broke down in church again today. It's getting to where I do not want to leave the house at all. What I've been through is not NORMAL.

I have no job, no money, and no way to pay for a counselor. I AM looking for work, I'm not stupid. I'm scared.

Some of the laundered cash went through my checkbook- he would reimburse my credit card purchases with cash. I worked with him off & on for nearly 3 years and finally figured out where $800,000 had come and gone through the use of phony invoices in two shell companies. The IRS or FBI will surely assume I knew because we were married.

Any help?

I have been friends with a guy for 11 years. He is the funniest guy and always makes me laugh.I don't know if it was just being young and immature, but I never really thought of him in a relationship way, eventhough several of my friends wanted to date him.I was never jealous and even hooked him up with a couple of them.About 8 years ago one night he told me he liked me as more than a friend and wanted to date.I just wasn't looking for that,at that time and tried to let him down easy, but he was a little hurt.Regardless, we stayed friends. He and I have both dated others throughout our friendship and his girlfriends,no matter how nice I am to them, have never liked me.Two years ago he got a new girlfriend and we lost touch, which is weird since we have never went longer than a couple of weeks not talking until then.I sent him a card and we reconnected recently. This time is different and I can see him as more than a friend, maybe I matured. My friends think he feels the same. What should I do?
