I think that she must not have much self respect to be with a man who cannot even respect the person that he commited his life to. The reality is she should respect herself enough to be with a man who will be with her and only her. If he can't do that for the woman he is already with, what are the odds he would do that for her? The age difference is nothing, a non-issue. It's the love and respect to worry about. He's obviously not a good guy if he's cheating on his wife. IF you think she should leave him, tell her so, tell her why, and tell her that you are there for her no matter what. Leave it at that. She's got a right to choose what she wants to do and not to be bugged about it, but have someone to turn to when she needs it.

Well for starters hes married, and hes considered a cheater, if he is cheating on his wife, he will cheat on your 38 yr old friend as well. Sounds like she is infatuated with him, he is probably giving her money, and making her promises, which he will not full-fill, let her get her heart broke, shes a grown woman, maybe that is what it will take to make her realize its just a fantasy. I hope she knows that it will not last, cause when he is done with her, he will find another heart to break.. Hes a player and a "L"
All you can do is warn her, but the decision is hers.. :)

I think age doesnt matter, but it's wrong cause he is married. She should be the stronger one and walk away from him, because she is hurting herself and this guys wife.

The age isn't a problem, the fact that one of them is married to someone else is.

She's not a schoolgirl and is capable of knowing what she is doing so whatever you think leave well alone but just be there to support her if all goes wrong.

Its not about the age, he's married. Will he leave his wife for her? If not, she will end up getting hurt.

Things happen like that it is wrong and the sad thing is she's the one that's going to be hurt at the end.
