I am 19 and live in the state of Arkansas and she currently has his last name. We have since then split up and he is not paying any child support or seeing her, can I change her name without his consent?

When something is on a man's mind and it's causing him to act distant and quiet and his spouse is a loveing careing person and is concerned about his thoughts, why do men hold their thoughts in and say" I will be okay or "I don't want to talk about it"? I just dont understand why men turn away compationate help.

i love my husband but the man needs to grow up....just about everything that goes on with us he needs his mom approval....his mom already treats him like **** and and she tries to treat me the same way....this guy has us living with his mom becasue he had me thinking that we had a place to go after we let go of the house my parents were renting out since i was 12....now im in this damn women house who wont talk to me and she dont even talk to her grandchildren that much....i tell him this crying and everything and he cant even be man enough to tell his mom or attempt to try to get all of us together...im always nice to her though, ikeep her house clean and i speak and we pay our part i dont know what the problem is.....its more to this but i dont have enough space and you wouldnt want to read all of it lol this is long already

After 27 years together , and having arguments almost every day during those last 10 years , I found out that he was cheating me , and a baby girl had been born from that other relationship.We had a difficult separation,because he blamed me for working so many hours...etc. We are separated now but he did not see that woman anymore, he has another couple. It is still difficult for me to get used to living alone.Out two kids are already grown up and have their own lives. He seems to be doing much better than me as far as the social life and having another couple.
A few months ago, my first boyfriend I had when I was 18 was looking for me and found me here in internet.We started talking and he says he still loves me after 30 years. He has started even stated calling me. I also feel I still love him. But he is married though he says he is not happy and hopes to be able to separate too and not lose financially. Should I believe him?

I am a married woman(happily married). I have known this guy in passing for about 6 yrs now. For the past 1 1/2 yrs we have been conversing via email, text, instant messenger, and phone. I still have a relationship with my x husband. Is that sad or what? he lives about 200 miles from my kids and me, we visit each others houses and have family time together just like a married couple then we part. is that weird? we still fight but just normal spats nothing at all ugly like when we lived together. anyway what do you think about it? oh I might add neither of us date other people.

I really do not understand how to respond to my husband's way of talking to me. Whenever he wants to commit something that involves money he said that he does not need my approval. He just need to inform me and I have nothing to say to that. We are both working professional and the credit card bills are making worried sick. I don't feel good at all with his attitude and that very often he has been very careless and not think before spending. Please can someone give me some advice.. Heres the deal i've been married for 4 years we've split up 4 times during those 4 years( its a very rocky marriage). We have a daughter together & i have 2 kids from a previous marrigage. Talking to my high school sweetheart stirred up so many emotions inside me. He said he still loved me and always would. Hes divorced with 2 kids. I feel crazy at the fact that this encounter has impacted my life so much it was just a phone call and it has me rethinking everything. We talked what seemed like forever and I swear this guy seemed like he remembered every conversation we'd ever had he even has a gift i gave him when we were like 17 (now were 30) I couldnt believe he still had it (even through his marriage he still kept it) he says he still loves me and regrets that we ever stopped talking.
