I think it's ridiculous that someone could marry a person just to turn around and divorce them and try to suck up so much money. Some people have so morals or decency.

In my opinion NO! She is entitled so some, but definitely not half of his fortune. They were only married for 4 years so give her a million for each year. He will support his child with her separately and the child will get her own inheritance once he dies, but she did nothing that would entitle her to more than $4 mil. I don't think she is even entitled to that much but he can more than spare that and she does do her share of charity work so I guess that is a fair amount. What she does deserve is Linda haunting her for the rest of her life!

She will be .... He married her (against his families wishes) and they had a child together, all that goes in her favour. But the courts will decide how much. What a shame Paul didn't listen to his children and lawyers when he first met Heather, if he had he wouldn't be in this mess now!

He may be a brilliant songwriter but he's not much of a judge of character is he. Why didn't he sign a prenup? He'll just have to bite the bullet.

The law states that she is, but hopefully she may have a little integrity about her and only take a small portion of his wealth.

yes by law she's entitled to it and she has a kid to raise. it would be patronising to paul to imply that he was fooled into marrying her so tat she could get her hands on his money. he is supposed to be an intelligent man.
