Trying anything to stay together....but we are hanging by a thread. If he doesn't go, will it do any good for me to go alone?

Judge announced @ start of custody trial he would not change the 50/50 custody that was in place because there was no petition from either party for a change in custody. At a hearing to clarify the final order, he accepted the following (word for word) as a stipulation: "Petitioner will have the primary decision-making ability for [child's name], including, but not limited to, medical care, dental care, counseling, education, and daycare provider. Respondent can decide whoever she wants for daycare for [their] summer placement or any other days she has placement." Is this legal? Isn't he indeed making a change in custody? Does this afford me a good basis for an appeal? Any idea what kind of chance I'd have with an appeal? Tips on a good custody attorney in Wisconsin? Other ideas? My attorney said something about due process protocol not being followed. What is that? Any other help on this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

been married for 7 years. 2 kids. my husband gives me no attention, he's not interested in sex and after many discussions about it he still makes no effort. I am dying for some attention/sex. I have been with my GF for 7 years, we are still young i am 24 she is 25. I have been with other people and she says she hasn't. A month ago today she told me she wanted to take a break. She is in Med School and about take the boards(huge life changing test) she has not been intimate with me over the past few months..did i mention we have almost always been in a long distance relationship? We have been through tough times and she seems like she is willing to work things out, but not right now...everyone, including her is telling me not to put my life on hold. She isn't cheating, she still loves me but is says she is not in love right now and can't promise she will be, but wants us to be together. Whats her deal? why is she being so selfish?

A friend of mine is VERY nice and sensitive, but he never stands up to his wife - she's always right. And he's afraid to tell her anything that might upset her because he doesn't want to lose her. I've told him that he needs to work on his self-esteem already, but I think he's not manly enough to stand up to her. I know he loves his wife a TON, but I feel bad that she's always walking over him. She's my good friend, too - and she's a nice person, but VERY independent and I know she's not happy in their relationship and wants him to be more assertive... UGH!!!! HELP!

I never go through with leaving, what is worse he doesn't even beg me to stay. He shows me the door with a smile and when I don't go through it..he says" I knew it, you won't ever leave" meaning he can't ever get rid of me. He is a good father without a doubt. But I am property, like a pet..provides basic things to live. How did I get here?

I want to have fresh rose petals spread on my wedding night on a king size bed and maybe some around the bed as well. My question was, how many rose stalks should i buy (and then have plucked) to cover all of the above. I'm thinking of getting 100 Rose stalks, which when plucked weigh around 800 gm. The wife has refused sex for over 6 months, and very little sex over a year. She says it's because of her hystorectomy and her parents passing away. The anti- depressants don't help either. My fiance whom I'm marrying Saturday has an addiction to porn. He watches it nearly everyday when he gets home from work while I'm still at work. We only have sex like twice a week. When he read my journal and saw how humiliated and degraded I felt by his porn addiction he broke all of his porn. Then I started seeing it on the internet. i have always wondered...does hair for men make a difference?
Does hair loss...little or a lot make a difference to how women feel about a man? Maybe just an initial attraction thing or maybe not even then. Or do women really look underneath it all as they want us men to believe? maybe it's a confindence thing and women see past it all together.

It's that time of year, there is some heavenly cleavage on display in New York City and that brings up a question I've always wanted to ask-are guys supposed to look or not? It seems like when you put your boobs on display you should expect to get some appreciative once overs, but then women say that guys are boob obsessed and that's so immature, etc. This seems a little disingenious when you are spilling out of your halter top. If I walked down fifth avenue in a speedo I wouldn't be surprised if eyes were drawn to my crotch and not my charming smile. Any thoughts?
