If a person can PROVE to the courts that the other one is cheating or has cheated while married , the court favors the party that has been cheated on. But you have to have proof without a reasonable doubt!
I'm sorry to hear that you have had to go through this pain. Good Luck with your divorce!
Blessings

Don't go through that mess and avoid the pain of having all of your dirty laundry aired -up in a court room full of strangers. It will be embarrassing for both of you.
Unless you can provide physical evidence of some sort (photographs, videos, etc) don't waste your time and money.
Having money back from this is not worth your hassle. What difference does it make? This is just a way to get back at her.
Be a gentleman and show some class, put aside the anger and file under irreconciable differences and let it be.
Good luck.

My state has no-fault divorce, so if she committed adultery, it would make no difference. The court cost would be split.

You can't just decide to say she was adulterous & expect that to be it.
You have to be able to prove it.
It will then be up to the court to decide who pays for what.
