I want to have fresh rose petals spread on my wedding night on a king size bed and maybe some around the bed as well. My question was, how many rose stalks should i buy (and then have plucked) to cover all of the above. I'm thinking of getting 100 Rose stalks, which when plucked weigh around 800 gm. Is that enough??

You can ask the florist for rose petals and they will pluck them for you. I would say 2 dozen rose petals would be enough - you don't want too many on your bed because they stain and will stick to you.

Two dozen roses would be just about right. Is you want to buy already made fresh petals, you may want to go search ebay under "fresh rose petals". You maybe lucky to find them cheap.

That should be more then plenty! I wish you the best and have a great fun and romantic night with them. Get some candles and soft music to add to the mood too! It will be a night you and your spouse never forget!!! Congratulations!! Also stick a small gift on her side of the bed like a nice bottle of perfume or something like that!
