my cousin Michael is over at my house and he will not leave me alone and he's 14 years old for cryin out loud and he keeps on wanting me 2 go outside with him and play the ps2 dang I can't do everything at once,well should I punch him or kick him?

My older pregnant sister slit her wrists! my dad is sick! why is my sister being so selfish?
My sister's husband died 2 months ago. She was heart broken. And she was 4 months pregnant. It was a sudden depressing moment in our whole families’ lives. 1 month later was the funeral. My older sister never showed up. We later learned she was at the hospital, she attempted suicide. She had slit her wrists! And she was pregnant! All of this was not good for our dad. My dad had had a heart attack last year and all this stress was not good for him. Well now my older sister is in a mental institution because she is not emotionally stable. Our family fears for her safety and the babies. My other younger sister is taking this opportunity to do whatever she wants. She is 15 and drinks alcohol. Parties. Never tells our parents where she is. I feel like my younger sister is being selfish and taking advantage of the situation. What can I do?

Okay, I wanted to be with my son's father and make things work out when I had my son. He didn't. He told me to just move on, so I did. Then about 2 months ago he poured his heart out to me and told me how much he loved and wanted to be with me. I had, however, already moved on. Now it's like we cant get along. His sister has a baby that I call my nephew. He wont let me come in the house to see him and always has something negative about the way he thinks I look. We're always arguing because: I go to college and work full time and take care of my son. He doesn't have a job, car, house or anything so he isnt giving me any help besides watching our son while Im working and going to school. He's not on child support either. But he'll call my phone about 10 times if im one minute late coming from school or work. If I dont answer then he'll leave my nasty messages. Im tired of arguing but he just has such a negative attitude. What do I do?

My brother is a sophisticated person I guess you could say. Every year I try to find a gift that he will enjoy. Last year, I bought him a nice wine set that included a cork screw etc. It came in a black leather, velvet lined box with a name plate for personalization. I also bought wine to go with it. It went over very well. This year, I'm stumped! Please help with any suggestions.

k well first of all im 13 and my mom wont even let me sleepver, she says the im to young, irresponisble, and i dont ahve good frineds. i have to tell her about every friend that i have, i cant have any guy friends (im a girl). she always picks at all the bad stuff. for expample she always calls me stupid when i get like 2 mistakes in a test, and wehn i get perfect, she just says good or y didnt u get a bonus. im so sick of it. and she doesnt even notice that im hurt. my dad understands, but he doesnt ever say no to my mom. and i tried to talk to her but she just started sayin that shes not goin to change her mind. she wont let me do anything, highlight my hair, get a nice haircut, get my ears periced, spend my own money, get a cell phone. nothing. im so tired of it. what should i do? ingore it?

I have just one daughter and I am very happy with just one... however... when I tell people that I am not having anymore they look at me like I am some kind of psychopath. My daughter on occasion has expressed that she wants a sibling.. but that JUST won't work for me and my situation at all. Am I somehow "damaging" her by not giving her siblings?

Ok so today was my b day and like i got an i pod and i have $500 to go shopping with so yeah i'm happy and tomorrow i;m getting more presents so yeah yay!!!! My sis got tiffany's jewerly because she's older than me so yeah anyway the cherry on the cake would be if jeremy tomorrow accepted to be my boyfriend but idk. My step-son (ss) who lives with us is 11 and rec'd about $300 in cash and gift certificates for his bday at the beginning of Oct. Now his bio-Mom finally remembers and sends him $100 cash the other day. We have been trying to teach our 4 yr old that bdays only come once a year. Yet his brother has cont'd to receive money throughout the last month or so from his bio-Mom's family. So every time we go to the store his older brother keeps buying more and more toys. My 4 yr old doesn't understand and he really wants a scooter. So what does my ss do with his new $100? He goes and buys a scooter, after telling his little brother "if I have any money left over from getting what I want I'll buy you a scooter." Guess what? My older son spent all of his money and now our son is left hanging. My ss has already gotten more than 3x what our son got for his birthday. I was going to go and get the little one a scooter when husband blew a gasket and said I'd be sending the wrong message! I'm furious!!

She turned 18 in Sept, is in MA, her grandparents live in Westwood MA......I have joint custody & did pay support for her, her mother's name is Mellissa H.....I am not financially able to go to MA to take the mother back to court for contempt ( I was told by the court I could write her & call her once a week & since court in 88 the mother moved & will not give me a # or address.....I also have no substancial income......Please no stupid answers or fake people.....
