Girl...Powers of Attorney are only good as long as your sister wants it to be! If she is in her "right" mind she can just type up a letter stating that as of Whatever date, your mother is NO LONGER her POA and she can either assign you or someone she REALLY trusts, it is NOT too late as long as she can still make decisions for herself! Then she can glady HAND-Deliver your mother a copy of her NEW POA document!!!! LOL! Your mother needs Jesus!

wow! your mom is messed up, she is the one that needs sent away.i don't know of any sites that you can go to. but was there a lawyer involved in this? or was this paper your sister signed done in front of anyone? this is a legal document and it would not be a legal binding deal unless there was some sort of witness, or notary public. call around to lawyers in your area, alot of them will give you free advise right over the phone.also if I'm not mistaken, power of attorney, does not give your mother the right to send your sister away, but ask a lawyer so that you know the facts before going any further.

You could tell her to run away from home and hide somewhere. Or get enough money from both of you and have her hire an attorney and counter-sue.I don't really know,I'm just shouting out suggestions.

How old is your sister? Is she on any state assistance? I don't know what state you live in, but there are so many free goverment options now. You just have to know how to use them. If I knew how to use this darn computer, I would have you email me back. Every state has free a free leagal council.

Just take a piece of paper, write on it...I hereby negate and cancel any powers of attorney I have signed before this date. Have her sign and date it, and you can get it notarized in any bank.
