Not trying to get mushy here...in fact I'm serious, took me 19 years (24 now) to finally have a relationship with my old man and as wonderful as it's been...why did it take so long? But still so many things I should say...and vice versa. Your thoughts on the matter?

My father in law is very neglectful to my 3 yr old son. He visits very rarely, but lives in the same small town as us, when he does visit, he often compares my son to his youngest grandson, and makes remarks that I think a 3 year old could not comprehend as "playing" ie: "you are a crybaby", "you watch to much tv" He can never say anything good about my son or to my son or give him any praise. He also will make remarks about my parenting ie:"you need to take him outside more", and frankly, he wouldn't know anything about it because he is never around to know if I do or do not, and his "favorite" grandson's mother is a stripper and his father cheats on his mother while away from work........why does he question my parenting? and why does he compare my son to his cousin? My mother in law, who he is divorced from him says he mentioned to her how bad he feels......do you think it is possible for a man to feel bad and not try to talk to us, it has been a month or more since confrontation.

It seems if someone is told not to do something they're not supposed to do or given a warning, instead of "I'm sorry sir, please don't tell my mom", either's it's "f*ck off" or they just ignore them and continue doing what they're doing.

In a short two months I will be 18 years old. And sadly I dont even know what that means. My parents, for the past seventeen years have manipulated everything to keep me in the dark about the truth. For example they tell me if I move out at 18 the military will come and take me away as I can only "legally" move out when I am 21, when they stop being responsible for me. Now I know this isn't true for I have done some research. But my questions still aren't answered. When I ask my parents anything they tell me "no/you dont know what your talking about/go to bed/ im always right". At 18 can I have my own apartment? Can I apply for insurance (medical etc). My father stated, just earlier today that I can not move out until he says so. I told him he is wrong, my other agreed with my father. Strangley he said he will kick me out, I see no difference in me being kicked out and me moving out, either way it will be willingly. Am I missing something from them? I need to know the truth.

My daughter is in the 4th grade, the children are approximately 10yrs old. She said the teacher ask those questions to her students and a bunch of them raised their hands for staying home alone and a few raised their hands for babysitting. I was shocked, but I am have been told I'm over-protective. What do you think the ages should be?

This morning while we were in the shower, my 25 year old daughter Nadine challenged me to a see who's bosoms was bigger. We held our breasts up to each others, and bein the voluptous woman I am, I had bigger breasts than her like I knew I would.

But for the first time, I realized my breasts were startin to get saggy. They looked like them African women in that magazine with two hot dogs hangin from their chests.

Is there an exercise I can do to get my breasts firmer? I can't afford plastic surgery?

Well tomorrow's my parents's 19th Wedding anniversary. Me and my sister have gotten my mom a mothercycle purse (around 20$) and my dad a motercycle bandana (15$). Tommorrow after work (I work at DQ) I'm buying them a blizzard ice-cream cake (24.99$) Is this enough or should I get them more? Last year me and my sister got them a 40$ grandfather hanging clock thingy. They loved it. I'm just worried this year it'll seem crappy compared to last year. What would you do and how much do most people spend on their parents (I'm 14, first parent's anniversary with a job, previous years bought it with allowences)

you turn to? I'm afraid to go to the police, becase I'm scared they won't believe us...

[previous question]

Reccently I have found out about my brother's ongoing abuse (if you have payed attention, you will know.) Yes, my mother knows - she hasn't done anything to my father yet - not even confronted him. I am 17, my brother is 16. I spied his journal (I know I know) and I read the last entry (ok, so a couple more aswell), and he's thinking about running away because Mom's done nothing to stop it. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
