Lil sis probably just likes to see how you react... Just go up to her, hold her hands and say please sissy... don't hurt me... I love you!

Two year olds aren't capable of understanding that they can actually hurt other people. Toddlers experiment with certain actions to gauge people's reactions to them, and this is how they learn what's appropriate and what's not when it comes to the treatment of others. She doesn't mean to abuse you- she doesn't realize what she's doing. As her big sister, who I'm sure she looks up to, you need to take her into your lap, and calmly explain to her that this hurts you, and ask her to please not do it anymore. She needs to be taught other acceptable ways to interact with you, and you can teach her by redirecting her to another activity. Remove the toys that she is throwing at you, find another activity that the two of you can do together that distracts her from throwing things at you. It will take her some time to learn, but if you be consistent with the way you handle things, she will soon stop. It's a phase, and it will pass.

You answered your own question. She is two years old but you can tell her not to throw things that she is a good girl and good girls don't throw things when they get mad.

But it seems like or maybe she has learned throwing things when she get upset is a way of life at your house. Maybe she is just doing what she see others in your family do.

You just have to understand that she is two years old. She want to think she is older but she is not. You have to be smarter than she is, understand that she wants attention. Find ways to talk to her in a positive manner, and tell her she is a good girl. I know that seems foreign to you but really over time is will help. Start to pay more attention to her, love her and show you are interested in her. Most two year old girls love to be center of attention, much like 14 year old girls do. Just realize that she can not control her actions like you do but she has to be taught in a positive manner to do so. So hitting her is out of the question and logical thinking is also out of the questions but proper attention with her will work wonders.

She is 2 years old, and doesn't realize that it hurst you. I'm sorry for you, but you or her parents will need to teach her "time out" for when she does this, or take things away from her when she doesn't listen. DON"T SPANK, that will add to the problem.

she gets frustrated and doesn't know how to use her words yet, so she lets out her frustration with throwing toys. you should play with her more (go down to her age). she will grow out of it in time. KEEP LOVING HER

Because she's sick in the head. Have your parents have her evaluated, she may need to be put in a phsycological hospital
