I think you should have a mother / daughter day, start off bye getting a manicure and pedicure. she will love that believe me, I love going with my mom. Then take her out for lunch, after lunch you need to walk off the food so how about going to the mall, and get her a cute birthday outfit. Later on invite family and friends for cake and ice cream. Hope you figure everything out!

A customized charm bracelet with all the stuff she likes, miniaturized and in 18k gold. A little phone, a little teddy bear, a little acoustic guitar, a little pocketbook, a little coffee cup, a little computer, a little tiny mouse, a little doggie, a little mini-bong, a tiny switchblade, a miniature hair brush, and a little car. Whoops, no car ideas.

Gift cards to her favorite place to shop! Kids that age are so finicky, and they prefer money to go buy something themselves. You can go shopping with her and make it a girl's day out- I do this with my daughter- she's only 7, but you're never too old to bond with your mother! We have lots of fun, and you will too, I'm sure!

Perfume

I recomend TJ Max or Marshalls cause they will get overstocks of some very nice brands like Britany Spears Fantasy or Paris Hiltons Scent.

I get so happy when i get new yummy scents.

maybe some new outfits

Ask her to write down five things she would like to do. Pick one the two of you can do together and something you will also feel comfortable with. It may be the best bonding experience for you both.

Jewelry but the kind that she will keep so that one day when she's older she will still be able to wear something that she got when she turned sweet 16. thats sort of what my mom did for me. I love it!

Dooney and Burke bag or a nice pair of sunglasses (Chanel, Gucci, or Fendi) or just give her cash so she can buy whatever she wishes. For me, I would love to receive some sort of nice jewelry so I can remember and treasure it forever.
