I don't know about Italy, but cologne for babies is available in some drugstores in areas with large Hispanic populations that carry Hispanic products.

PLEASE DON"T PUT PERFUME ON THE BABY!!! If you want them to smell nice try Baby Magic Lotion... It has a really strong, really nice baby smell and its soft and gentle on baby's skin.
