Perfectly normally, it is the only time they can have their birthday, all other years, Feb goes up to 28th - Doh

If someone is born on the 29th of Febuary, then their birthday is on that day every leap year, once every four years. But don't forget what a year is. It is the amount of time the Earth takes to complete an orbit around the Sun (365.25 days approx), so as long as our leap year child is on this planet, he is on the same journey around the Sun as we are, and ages one year every year, as we do. In most cases people chose to have their birthdays in the 28th of Febuary or the 1st of March.

On the leap year it is celebrated on the 29th otherwise most choose to celebrate it on the 1st of March as they were not born yet on the 28th of Feb.

they only have a birthday on a year that is divisable by 4...due to the inconsistant rotation of the planet, a day is not exactly 24 hours...it is less. in 4 years, the amount time a day is short of 24 hours, will add up to another 24 hours, caled leap day

Some say the 28th some say the1st but the one that's birthday is on the 29th is a year older every year anyway so what does it matter ..

My brst frien's birthday is the same day. She celebrates the 28th of February and also March 1st.
Those are the crazy years. Because we receive double trouble.
Then on the day leap year actually occurs, she does all three.

THEIR birthday is the only real birthday they have in 5 years, most celebrate it on the 1st of March
