Me, wife, baby, and 15 yr old brother in law live together. Wife and him lost mom 2 yrs ago, he has been disrespecting sis more lately. Says we treat him bad but he has a lot of support from us and just uses moms dead as an excuse. Found out he hangs out with group of friends and drinks at there house. He ran out this morning mad and swearing because sis sais she was going to change him to another school. I understand he lost him mom but I don't buy that is the reason he is doing this. He was acting up even before she passed away, we even tought this would motivate him to do better in memory of her. Counceling & church are not an option, just trust me it won't help. We are thinking military school or have him get a job to keep him busy and help with responsibilities. Any other good suggestions. Please help before I end up in jail...I can only toerate so much even though I am not his father. Never had a son and never acted up this way so I am kind of lost.

My kids Grandma (his mom, not mine) always makes these great plans to do things with my children, like taking roadtrips or keeping them for a week or maybe 2 weeks for the summer but she never follows thru. I understand that things don't always go as planned but it is getting frustrating. She'll have me pack them a suitcase with enough clothing, drive them to her house and then she'll only end up keeping them for like 3 or 4 days. This last time she was supposed to be keeping them for 2 weeks, during which she would be taking them to New Mexico. Well, not even a week into them being gone she calls to tell me that she will not be taking them to New Mexico and that she would be bringing them back the very same day that I received the call. I love my kids, not trying to get rid of 'em but, I wasn't expecting them back so soon and it ruin all the plans I made. What should I do about this? Besides, not keeping plans, she's always late to pick them up and drop them off. What to do?

I've seen on TV that they have programs that morph the 2 faces to see what the child might look like. Does anyone know where I can find a website that does that?

My 13 yo daughter is a C cup. I worry about her breasts health and guys staring at her boobs, so got her bras with full coverage and support. She doesnt like them but though I'm a soft and understanding mom on this point I used my authority. Out of her bra types one gives the most support and has to be worn at least 4 days a week and she can't spend 2 consecutive days without wearing it. The other days she can pick one of the other types, which also give full coverage and good support. She hates this bra rule. One reason is it makes her wear the bra with most support at least 1 day on weekends preventing her from wearing shirts w/ thin straps. This bra is at http://www.anita.com/de/en/0,1,0,0,39236__products-detail.htm?brand=147&ovs_ber_wgr=104&ovs_ber_fgr=1478&ovs_ber_cup=C... It has 4 hooks in the back She says its not the bra for a 13 yo but I dont agree, it's really good. All I want is her best. She complains but obeys (very unwillingly its true),shes a sweetie. Am I overprotective?

my 20 year old daughter has been staying out all night, which we do not have an issue with, but we have an issue with her not calling. ours rules are simple, if you are not going to be home by midnight, you must call by 10 pm unless an emergency. after several warnings, I grounded her for a week. she thinks I am mean and has moved out. IS having her call if she is not going to be home proper?

ok friday i got a call at work from my bf (the father of 2 of my 3 children) and he said that my son broke his leg. when i got home they both said that it happened on the crib when he was getting out he got his leg caught. on the way to the hospital i asked my son again and he said the same thing. but when the social worker asked him i was shocked when he said my bf did it and now they have taken my children from me and i dont know what to do. nothing like this has ever happened before and i have never sensed anything was wrong between my bf and my children.(i.e. bruises, complains, etc....) and they would have told me. i dont know what to do b/c they are trying to get me for neglection: neglecting to provide a safe and caring environment. i cant afford a attorney or lawyer and im afraid they are not going to give them back. in 3 days ive lost my whole family..... im so lost and lonley. and its not my fault!!! and no im not on here messing around im at work and its okay if im on here.
