your best bet is to report it to Yahoo Answers and, within the abuse report, request they inform you how they plan to deal with the issue. Ask them if they will be going to the authorities.
If not, initiate with your local Bureau Field Office. They can hop onto the site, look at what he's saying/posting and get files/info from Yahoo if it seems like it is a case of merit.
Accumulate as much info as you can. If you call with little or no DETAILED information, they'll probably blow you off... unfortunately, there aren't enough agents to go around to deal with all the vague stuff... you know? So, the more info you can give them, the better.

I sincerely hope he is an attention whore/someone purposely out to shock other users. Otherwise he should be reported to the police and arrested. Surely his girlfriend will notice something is up sooner or later, if he is being truthful.

Get him locked up - the world of technolagy will be able to track his user, or more importantly the computer he is using to write such sick and indecent comments. I have a three year old do it for all the other kids aswell as the one he is abusing. Its sickos like him that make this world a disgrace!! DO IT NOW!!
