how often do you call/visit your mom and/or dad?

I visit my parents about once every other week - talk to them about once per week.

I see my mom when I can because we are 280 miles away.

Now, looking back with retrospect, I didn't call or visit enough!!!! I lost my mother 12 years ago, and my father 2 years ago, and no matter how much they "grind" on that last nerve... you will miss them when they are gone..Life has no guarantees with it and it is just a vapor in time....tell them you love them often and that they were "on your mind" trust me..... you will feel much more at ease with your self "retrospectively" if life decides to "deal" you some hard cards to play!!!!

I call whenever I need to talk to them. I go to visit when there's a holiday or a weekend off or whatever. No set times.

as often as i can i am 800 miles away from them but i have been to see them 2 times in the past 5 mo.s where they have come to see me 1 time and i am goin back in 1 week.
