No, never. I'd take him with me wherever I go. Take care of him no matter what it takes. You can always find a job..And there's no need to go to another country for that. Move to the city or something and take him along with you since you're the one who's supposed to look at him.

without knowing what country you are leaving and what country you are going to, it is hard to say. If you are coming to the US, Australia or somewhere in Western Europe, bring him with you. You can get good safe child care and usually some assistance with the costs of child care. Make sure you bring proof you have custody of your nephew. While financially you may not be stable give him the stability of having his family with him. He does not need to have issues because he feels deserted by you.

Thats a tough question. I really dont know it depends on all the ciecumstances. I also am interested to know why at 24 you have legal custody of your nephew? Especially if you cant take care of him.

He looks up to you as a parent. You should not pass him like an object no matter what your reason is. He's a child, and he needs a stable relationship with you. Unfortunately, I don't think it's wise to leave and hold another person responsible for him.

well it would depend on the kids age and the situation he/she came from. if the child came from a bad situation it maybe best if it's not left so soon. it takes time for kids to adjust to new environments and people. Go visit the new country for a week or so then return home to see how the kid holds up or better yet how the person keeping him is holding up.talk to him on a regular basis to see how he's being treated.remember that no one will love and treat him as you do.
