Family - August 2006

Ok here is the problum.
My 13 yr old sister came to my lastnight telling me that she has been mulisted form the ages of 5-11... This has not happened in over 2 years.
I called the law and got some information, they said that no matter how long it has been that something can be done about it...
But my mom n dad dont want to get the law invalved because that do not want that my sister has to go through the cort system.
i understand that, but the girl needs help.
Can anyone tell me what i can do to try to help my little sister???

I have spoken to the executors and found that they are in dispute with one another. It doesn't look like this will be resolved any time soon - is there anything I can do as a beneficiary to expedite the process?

My parents are in good health but getting Old ( in mid sixties) .I really Need To know what Their Wishes are! If something happens to Dad. I would Wind up HAVING to take care of Mother. I have an Older Brother who hasnt worked in 3 years, has hip problems and suffers from depression, I'd probably have to take care of him too. there is also a Cousin they raised since she was 5 ( not adopted) and Dad has said Many Time she isnt getting One Cent because of her Lying and Manipulating people to make him look bad :-s .... I just want to be sure the house can be kept, so that I can take care of ALL these problems I see coming in the future :-s and To KNOW just WHAT their Wishes Really are uggggg Thanks for any advice

i want to move out of my house which is 15 min from my college and move 30 min away and pay $1500 a month for an apartment .........just because i cant deal with my parent anymore they nag and nag me so much sometimes i cant concentrate on doing my school work....my older sis moved out at 18 bc of the same reason......they make me too dependent on them.....they dont let me go out at the age of 19....my father still treats me like im 12.......my mother wants to buy me a car and father refuses so she hasnt gotten it..........not getting me the car they are making my daily activities dependent on waiting for them to use thier cars........i have a job during the summers but not during school because i mainly want to concentrate on my school work and not worry about my job taking up too much of my school time.........should i move out?..........what should i do in order to pay my large apartment bills? should i buy a car?.....how do i buy a car and not get sold a bogus car?..

My parents have been divorced for eons now. I lived with my mom for most of the time. My dad never stood up for me when my step-mom punished me for things I didn't do. I seem to think he loves her more than he loves me. Now to this very day I have a hard time telling him my true feelings. I'm afraid I'll make him sad after all these years. She and our son had a terrible dispute which they are working at repairing, but because we would not take sides she has cut us out of her life, our son is walking on thin ice so he is in a delicate situation and cannot fight our corner too vigorously, but we are just completely shut out now and also out of our Grand childrens lives too.

Basically, mum n dad fight non stop, my sister and mum fight and my sister and dad fight.

My mother was due to go on holiday with one of her friends to mexico in a few weeks. Except the friend has now just been made redundant and mum wants to buy the ticket and give it to me. I know - a fantastic opportunity which i'm being a fool to pass up.

The problem is, I know if I go on this holiday, my mother has a bit of a drink problem which is only amplified when she's abroad. I dont have the easiest relationship with her normally - but I can imagine the rows now. I just cant be on my own with her for that set period of time without being miserable (I know - a horrible thing to say) I also keep remembering the last time we went on holiday - because I wouldnt sing in a bar for her (I perform normally you see, and wanted to chill and not do it) I got told she hated me, I was a mistake, yada yada yada. So - you can see why i'm loathe to go.

Now i'm getting pressue off her - i've used work as an excuse (Which is actually true) but not sure what else I can say to her. Help!!

i have been with my bf for five yrs and two months ago we went on a holiday to ghana to meet his mother she turned out not to like me because i am white and she had a bad experience when she was younger. now she doesnt even ask or think of me and it really hurts me wot should i do. my partner says not to bother.
