But my mom n dad dont want to get the law invalved because that do not want that my sister has to go through the cort system.
i understand that, but the girl needs help.

Well first of all who is it that has been molesting her? If it is someone that goes by parents house why not suggest that she go and stay with you. Since she felt comfortable telling about it happening then she will be comfortable staying with you and also talking you about how she feels plus she can get away from the person doing it. I was in the same position when I was little. See I was adopted by my first cousins. We had to go on visitations with my real dad. My real dad molested me from the age of2 til I was eight then he would make us go in the room with our step brothers and they would do us stuff. I didn't say anything til I was fifth teen. He was supposed to move down the street from us. So I told what he used to do to me because I was scared he was going to do it again. My Foster parents didn't want to press charges because they didn't want us to have to go to court either. Now that I am grown I wish I would have though because he never punished for what he did to us. And never had anyone that I really trusted enough to talk about it to. Just let her know that she can come and talk you about it . And she needs to know that it wasn't her fault. Also a girl at that age needs to feel safe and the people around her will protect her. I would really try to get her to come and stay with you for a while. She really needs you.

O sweets: My 12 yr old niece told me she was molested... I cried for days... If you do not want to get the law involved, that is her choice.... But she needs counceling. Take her to a child therapist, or a pastor at a church. She will need to deal with this on her own. When a child is molested, its one of the worst things in the world. It breaks my heart, and I truly hope she turns out ok. My niece had me, Im somewhat of the family therapist, So she talks to me about everything (and i love it) but Its very difficult to understand her emotions since I have never been molested. Take her to a therapist. They will know what to say to her to ease her. Good luck

She needs counselign right away. She's only 13 right now, but she could get worse emotionally as she gets older. Please get her into counseling now! She really needs it.

After some time in therapy, she should start getting over it, and maybe then she'll fell comfortable talking about it with your parents and they might want to take legal action.

In your free time, you might wanna find out who it was that was doing this and try to get some evidence on this person, that way if you ever go to court, you'll have something to nail this guy with.

I'm really sorry to hear about this, but I hope my comment has helped you.

Ask her if she's ok about involving the courts.
