I am scared to reunite with my ex-husband who lives in another state. We divorced a few years ago and have a 15 year old daughter. He has sole physical and legal custody, but has now sent her to me.

He says that I want to keep my feet in two places - my parents house and our house. I am not committed or loyal in his mind. I have left him many times and gone back many times over the past few years.

I have to make a decision soon since it will mean moving for my daughter and myself.

My daughter is in a lot of pain and keeps saying "I wish that I had never been born."

I want my daughter's life to be better than it has been. She has not had a good childhood.

Yet, I don't know if I can deal with my ex-husband again and his controlling ways. He was upset with me for not working on the transition/ move this past weekend.

How do I make decision that please everyone - my daughter and ex-husband and myself.

My parents think I should not get back together.

My boyfriend I have been together for 2 1/2 years now. We live together and we act and do everything like a married couple. I'm starting to notice our sexual activity is getting less as the months go by. So I'm wondering, Is our romance dead or is sex just not a factor in our relationship anymore? I mean he is also working alot more and is tired more often (and no, he's not cheating) Any idea or tips and what we can do spice up our sex life? Or is this just normal?

Here's my situation: We got married April of '06 and were separated by February '07. During that time, my dad had paid for him to get his immigration paperwork finished (aprx. $3000) and after we split up he said he had intentions of paying him back. He left me with only $300 and didn't give me any notice before he left. (He actually had me belive he would be back) During our marriage, he had also dammaged my car (by kicking it). Should I just swallow my losses or do I have a good case here? I don't know what to do, I feel bad for considering this (as I do not want to cause problems) but he pretty much left me high and dry, leaving me with practically no money, and he is just able to walk away free and clear?!? Any advise would be so appreciated.

My husband and I have been married for 5 and a half years and we still do not have our own place. He owns an assited living facility and we currently live in it ( we have an apartment which is a part of the assisted living facility for old folks). I am 26, very attractive, , this is my first marriage and I would like to have my own place and start a family. He is 42 and has 3 kids from previous marriage, so I guess he doesn't really care . I've been miserable for 5 years, I can not stand living here, I can hear our residents flush their toilet, talk etc. when I am in my bedroom. We also live in the country and I am not used to live in the country, I am from a huge city. I told my husband so many times that I wanted to move but he always says : "sure, let's do it, just wait a little " or just makes up an excuse.
What should I do, should I leave him? I think he would do something about this situation if he loved me....

My wife has been cheating on me with the 19 year old kid across the street. They think Im at work but Im going to go home and blow them to bits with a shotgun. My question is, what is the best method of getting blood stains out of the carpet? We just got new carpeting on the second floor and I dont want to ruin it. Its a beautiful wool Berber and I really dont want to have to replace it.

My husband has left me and my daughter and I am on the healing path and I kinda like this guy (though I only want to be friends now) and I've only been with my husband and haven't ever dated anyone else. When I talk to him I get really nervous even though I don't want a "love" relationship right now but I want to be friends with him as we have alot in common and I think we could have fun together and if it develops into something else later then that will something else but I just don't know how to flirt I guess. Long story short, I'm dating my ex-wife and things have been pretty good since we started dating again, but here's the kick. She's been pregnant with another mans baby, her ex-boyfriends at that. Now that she's had the baby, he's been calling and just chit chatting with her, and she'll even cut me off when I call, and let me know to make it quick because he's on the other line. ok so me and mike were going out for about 7 months and everything was fine, he acted like nothing was wrong and then a week later he says hes not happy anymore and he breaks up with me. everybody told me to give it some time and he will come back, but that never happened. he then stopped talking to me because for some reason he thought i cheated on him with my ex but it wasnt true at all! now he hates me because he found out things that have happened before we were together and telling me that i lied to him, but i didnt because he never asked me!!! so now hes back with his ex and i dont know what to do because i did nothing wrong and i really want him back!!! what do i do!!

I don't really have a huge budget to buy him a gift after all of the wedding planning... I know he will probably be happy with anything that I give him though. I was thinking about cologne, or a silk robe, but these seem like blah everyday gifts. I also considered a copy of the first pic we ever took together in a really nice frame... Of course this will be accompanied by a card. Any other suggestions will be welcomed... I want to give him something unique and meaningful but I can't think of anything else... I know he loves to play chess and we are planning for him to teach me, so I could buy a nice chess set but this doesn't really seem appropriate does it? He loves music, traveling like little road trips, being outdoors, and computers. Thanks in advance for your suggestions....
