I've been with my girlfriend for a year now and she has a few best friends but as much as i want to be, i worry i'll never be one of them and I feel that i'm probably not a big part of her life.
Also lately i've felt less close to her and get the feeling something has changed in her heart so what should i do next?

He was in my room and we were working on the computer. He saw the cat laying on the bed. He mentioned my pillows. Then he mentioned he would need more pillows for his head. Then he asked if the cat always sleeps there. I said yes. He said something like he couldn't sleep with a cat or there would be no where for him or something. I said "Are you in my bed?" He said "No, I'm just saying if I was..."

I helped my father leave the house and move to our old house about 6 blocks away (with some of his own possessions). This was done because he could not stand my mother anymore. i helped him because we had planned this so that later on my (under 18 yrs old) brothers and i (also under 18) could move down to our old house with him. My questions are: Because my father has left the household, is there a law that with make it difficult for (or prevent) him to gain custody? We want to move because we cannot stand my mothers character, she is a HUGE liar. Once there is a divorce filed, what will be looked at for my father to gain custody? What are the children's rights on custody? How can the children help determine who will gain custody? Is there a law that allows children to choose which parent will gain custody?

(after answering this urgent question, please provide me with any know web resource that can help me on my custody problem)

Please someone answer ASAP!
A million Thanks!

~Jaime

i've been really upset about this since it happened and i don't know how to take it..

i spent this past weekend w/my bf of 2.5 years which is what we always do every other weekend when i don't have my kids (3 girls that i have part-time). i was on my cycle so sex was out of the question so he asked for oral. while doing so-he got kind of out of hand and was choking me-when it was over i got really upset and took a shower for 45 mins (which is not normal for me). he finally came to check on me and found me crying-when he asked what was wrong-i asked y that had happened (we've never done that in the whole 2.5 years we've been together). i told him it upset me b/c the only other guy that ever treated me like that just wanted me for sex and left me after 8 months. he got upset saying he didnt mean it like that.

that was on friday-i stayed at his house till sat then we both went to work (nites). i haven't heard from him since sunday nite. should i be worried?

please just serious answers, cause this is a serious question.
i am a 23 boy,and it's more than 4 years that i've been faithful with my girlfriend ,so has she been.
these days i really feel like having sex with other girls or women(not any specific one),but i have been faithful.some times i feel i love her,but sometimes i feel i deserve a better marriage than this,in fact some times i think i am more attractive and successful than her.
she's studying for ms,and i'm doing so for phd, these days,we have less time for each other.i proposed her,but she said she will postpone it to after her phd,i really do not know what to do,i don't want to sadden her, should i remain fuithful,to be unfaithful,to break up,or to forget about this lust for others.
can i find better situations or if i break up i'll regret cause we've done everything for and with each other in these 4 years.

I ask this because I am not a holy roller by any means but my fiance' and I have been together for 10 years, engaged for 7... so anyways we have both given ourselvs to the Lord,an it seems that what seemed so hard before my faith was established to do, is now just amazing...within 2 months a wedding was planned and Jesus seems like he is rewarding us for being faithful by putting every thing right in order for us... i hope that this does not offend anyone... like I always say it does not matter what religion or denomination you may be --- just as long as you get to know Jesus as "you" understand him..amen please let me know what you think.. thanks

How do I deal with my bf who seems to spend all my money. He is not working at the moment, and all my cash goes on bills, food and other expenses. I dont even spend any money on myself as im always concerned that I'll never have enough incase of an emergency. My bf seems to think that I worry too much about it, but when icome from a family that never had much, I appreciate what money I do have, and dont want to struggle the same way my mum did. there are no children involved. Money has no sense of value to my bf. What can I do to make him realise that he cant just go around trying to spend my cash.

I have remained a strong advocate of implementation of common civil code in India if not on all issues but at least on issue concerning marriage, divorce & maintenance. I know many of you will not agree with me because of religious beliefs, but when some real problem arise in your matrimonial life you all looking for its solution, & if by chance you come to know had there been a common matrimonial law with all the provisions that could have covered your matrimonial problem you would be better placed than what you are now. In India the government enacted The Special Marriage Act, 1954 that was a step towards the implementation of the common civil code, but unfortunately very few know about this enactment, even if you marry according to your religious rites & customs you can get your such a marriage register under this Act, benefit of this will be that after such a registration you can avail all the provisions of this Act. My question is what do you say about it?

i have been dating john for about a week now. ive never in my life fallen in love so quickly with someone. i think this is truely love at first sight. he is 4 years older then me. he feels the same about me too. john didnt know about this until today, when his ex girlfriend of 6 years came over and tells him that she is 1 month pregnant. he tells me how much he really does not want to be with her. how he dosnt like her or love her anymore. he says that he likes me alot more and would much rather stay with me. but he broke up with me tonight because he says he dosnt want his child to go through life with out a father. he wants to be there when its says its 1st words and the whole 9 yards. how do i get john to, or what should i say to get him to stay with me for as much as he likes me and not his ex. and for that he is only going back with her for the baby, and only for that reason. i tried saying stuff like he could see the baby anytime and even get full custody. Please help me.....

Ok, my friend tells me her boyfriend was drunk driving so I tell her its stupid to drink and drive. No, you dont understand.. he was depressed, is what she says.. but it doesnt matter theres no excuse for drunk driving I keep telling her this but she doesnt listen she acts like her boyfriend did nothing wrong and that he was depressed is a good excuse for this crap I dont know what the hell got into her. I wasnt trying to piss her off but defending somebody that was drunk driving???? Thats unbelievable..

So I ask you, what do you think on this situation. Was I right or her? I mean just because you're depressed doesnt mean you can drive drunk!

i'm in middle school...

ok so when adults say that kids can't love another with all of their heart, they don't know what they're talking about. i may sound neive, but it's only the truth, accept it or dont. love is not defined by age. it is not defined by the wrinkles under your eyes or by the amount of tears you have cried. you see, that's it. love is undefined. it's measured in the time it takes to blink once, it's measured in the way that he looks at you, and the way he always says 'i love you' to make things better.

if you're in love, you're in love. it could be a little or a lot. no one can tell me that i'm too young to be in love because i am. can't someone mean everything to you at this age??

if you agree with what i'm saying then answer...

or maybe i'm just a little kid that doesn't know what she's talking about.......

The wedding is at 2 pm (reception at 5 pm) and in Texas, so it will be hot and possibly raining. The bride and groom are mexican-american catholic, with very traditional parents. What I have seen of the wedding plans so far have been VERY nice and the majority of the "non-family" guests are physicians. What would be appropriate to wear to this day wedding, that would be classy and carry over into the early evening?

I love my boyfriend with all my heart, and I now trust him even more then before. How do I show him that I care and love him as much as I say I do? Actions speak louder then words?

My boyfriend and I have been dating for about 2 months and we've been friends for a year. We are really close and spend almost every evening together for a few hours talking and such. We haven't had sex, and I have told him I want to wait. He respects that and said he only wants it when my head and heart and body are all ready. Well I know that I love him, yet he told me first. He told me he fell in love with me a while ago while we were still just friends. He says that I have changed his life and that he sees me in his future and he already talks about "marriage" and such. He asks me to never leave him and always be by his side. He says that I am all he wants and that he will never break up with me and I'm too important to lose.

It almost seems to good to be true. What do y'all think?? I take it as sincere...is it too soon?
