My ex was on and off with me. Secretly, I still like him. We are friends right now, and I hope it stays like that for good. He broke up with me cuz he needed more space. He told me he likes somebody else now, so I know that for a fact.
For a first, he said hi to me today when he texted me, and he hasn't texted me or called me since Nov. last year. He called me tonight, and we were talking for 45 minutes. He was talking to me like he was so excited he got to hear my voice again. He said that he's fine with me now cuz I dont SPAZ out anymore. Then, he said he had to go but called me back a few seconds later. I was thinking,"Wow, I wonder why he's sneaking back on the phone to talk to me again." I mean, seriously, what the heck is going on?

I recently got married. I love my husband but for some reason I am still very uncomfortable during sex. He has never hurt me, nor has he forced me to do anything but I still feel awkward doing certain things. I constantly worry what he will think of me afterwards. I have been with other men and this has never been a problem. Also, I feel like everytime we cuddle or anything like that, all he wants is sex. I don't know why I feel this way! :( I just don't want this to ruin our marriage. We've talked about it and he says he just feels discouraged and that he doesn't want to make me feel uncomfortable but at the same time I am his wife and he wants a good sex life. What should I do?

In the 10 years of our marriage my husband has always made me ask (beg) for housekeeping. He wont open a joint account & will only give me cash of £40 per week. When I do get it, it is short or he gives it to me late so that he can miss a week or two out. Most of them time I only get it twice a month. He makes no extra contribution to the bills nor the kids - I get family allowance for them he says! I have managed amazingly because I have had to, but it has made him more resentful of my thriftyness. I have reached the end of my teather
& wonder if this financial abuse/cruelty can be used as grounds for a divorce. He has a good income & owns several properties, but is resentful of me as he says I didnt contribute to his acquiring them. I have cooked his dinner, cleaned his house and raised the kids. He says I will be a rich widow, but doesnt seem to comprehend that I need a reasonable amount of housekeeping NOW. Sometimes I have to ask my parents for financial help.

He said he payed rent but he only payed half. I'm making a huge deal over it because not I can't trust him and he showed me how irresponsible he is. I'm even thinking of telling him that I don't think we're ready to get married now. Am I making too big of deal out of it?

My husband had DUI last October. He drank 4 beers and drove the car.However his drivers license is suspended. He didn't quit drinking. He doesn't get drunk, but he's drinking beer all the time. I've been telling him to stop that, I've been nice, I've been rude, nothing helps. He is going to AA meetings (judge order) but before and after he goes he drinks. He goes there only because judge ordered that, not because of him. Anyway, he started working last week for our friend who owns some industrial shop here, but that friend lives in NY. Last week was OK, but this week husband started taking beer to work with him. I already talk to our friend - he's my husband's boss, but the guy is in NY and can't do anything, he only visit us once in two months, can't fire him cause my husband really works, the job is done on time, but the boss (our friend) doesn't agree that my husband is taking beer with him to work every day. All he's telling me is to talk to my husband not to do that, but I tried, nothing helps, my husband only gets mad, telling me he's the manager there, he is, but that's work, hellooo….you don’t take beer with you at workplace. What can I do to stop him taking beer to work with him?

I really want my wedding to somehow include polka dots. If you don't like that idea, then DONT answer my question. I'm 20 years old, I love polka dots, and If I want them in my wedding I will do just that!

I really want a fun, bright color scheme to go with my polka dots.. nothin pastel. I was thinking maybe purple and yellow! But would that look too busy and uncoordinated? And if you could, name a possible THEME I could stick to my color scheme.. Ideas please!

I'm staying with mother in law now and a problem has come up. Basically, we've reunited with estranged brother and law, wife and our Godson. Its very very tentative, as they have problems with our dog and basically create a load of problems for us associated with the dog.

We met up once in a neutral place where dog was not allowed. Mother in law gave trouble to look after the dog, but agreed as we were reuniting the two young children (our 3 yo son and our 2 yo Godson).

Now a second meeting has been arranged and mother in law had a tantrum because she won't look after the dog. Angrily, I ask her if she'd prefer me to stay a home and look after the dog (who cant be left alone). Mother in law agrees with this option, despite my explaining that I won't get to see Godson on this second visit. She sees Godson very often. My wife, my son and I haven't seen him in over a year!

We're staying with mother in law until middle April. After this bust up I really want to bail out now and (more)..

Alright, I have my first "nearby boyfriend". We've been dating for a couple of months. I was going to stay with him for a while, but now he's having to move back in with his parents, so that means I'll hardly see him anymore, and we'll never have private time. Anyway, a guy I dated a while ago is acting like he's interested in me again. We really hurt each other, and he stayed angry for a long time. But now that we're talking again, it feels...good.
