I don't know what you do when I loose the love of my life.
I'm not sure if you will get him back again.
But if you are asking:
......."What do I do when I lose the love of my life, do you think I will get him back again"......
OR .....(What do you do when you lose the love of your life, do I think you will get him back again)....
I might answer:-
Try to be brave, time will tell, time heals all wounds, some more so than others, you can choose to do things that you enjoy, like meeting friends for coffee, getting out a dvd that will make you laugh, take the neighbours dog for a walk etc.
Sometimes one door needs to close before another will open.

It is a miserable feeling to lose the one you love. I can feel your pain but sometimes things happen for the better. If it is meant for you guys to get back together, you all will forever be in each others paths. Like me and boyfriend have been through so much together and we still find our way back to each other even if we are apart for a period of time. Its like the love will never die because we are supposed to be with each other. I just believe that if God has predestined it, then nothing or noone will interfere with it happening. What God has for you it is for you so believe that everything will work out in the end. Keep the faith and don't feel discouraged.

Depends on the circumstances here...if someones been unfaithfull then its likely the relationship will never be the same again.
