to get a guy to like you, you have to get him to notice you. to get him to notice you, you have to pay attention to him, then hopefully he will pay attention to you. when you do have his attention ask him questions and be genuinely interested. make him feel liked and hopefully he will start to like you. just be friends with the guy first then build up your relationship with him after that.
but if those dont work, telling a guy would usually get them to notice you in a different light(in a good way, unless the guys a jerk). cos theres nothing better than knowing your liked :)

Sadly,i think you cant.
They can only fall for you,you cant get them to like you.
I believe that love cant be forced.
