hi all

my best frient just broke up with her Fiancé of 2 years as she cought him cheating. to try and cheer her up i would like to cut her a CD. any sugestions on good break up songs?

i need feel-good girl songs and, as bad as this sounds, songs about being better off single and songs that ditch men in general.

so far i have 5 although i dont know who sings them all.

i want to start off the C.D with depressing songs-i think she needs a good cry-and end it with happy life-moves-on type songs.

There is a girl who is in my bf's class that is crazy about him. She calls him all the time, invites him to go out, tries to work with him on all projects, and she knows he is with me! It drives me crazy! I'm so jealous and he just thinks its cute and i'm making this all up. I'm not! She even makes and brings him food, just for him, no one else. Is there anything I can do to get her to back off?

So finallly I asked one of my best girlfriends what would be the chances of us becoming more than friends and she said pretty good. unfortunately this happened over MSN but we need to hide this from her best friend who also likes me. now that we know that we like eachother more than friends. I tried to hint a little bit of disapproval when my ex told me he quit his part time job? and now he hasn't responded in three days when we had been responding to each other's mails within a day. I just asked him "Have you made any friends at work?" He wrote back: "[my name], I have quite a bit of money right now. [my name], I quit my part time job this month. [my name], did the doctor recommend that you start working full time in Japan?" I just told him that I'm working in Japan from May; he congratulated me. The girl i'm obsessed with has a boyfriend but we see each other and have sex. I asked her one day when we got into a fight why do you still come and see me if you love him. She said she loves him more than she loves me but i make her feel beautiful and wanted. So i asked her why dont you leave him and come with me and once again i got i love him to much to leave him. Since then i'm refusing to see her while she is still with him . I met this woman she is madly in love with me. True. She does so much for me, loves me and cares for me. But I do not seems to care for her, and hurt her feeling all the time. She gets so depressed, and suffer so much sadness. I told her from the beginning, lets be friends, and take it slow. Please be patient with me, etc. But we keep having sex which confuses our relationship. We even talked about not having sex, but we are both weak. She wants me all the way, and told me she is passionately in love with me. She is so wonderful and loving, but I just can not fall in love with her. I have never met anyone who treat me so kindly and loving me so much deeply. So, I am also sad, scared, scared to hurt her, scared to loose her, and scared I will never meet anyone...I've dated many, but nothing lasted. I suffer anxiety and depression, most people do not understand, nor want "trouble" like that in relationship. Well, I also know many who has issue and illness but in love, dating, or married.

I'm 32 and have an wonderful husband of the same age.We've been married for 7 years and he's truly exceeded all my expectations of married life.He's always told me he would do absolutely anything for me but if I were to ever cheat on him,that'd be a deal breaker for him.My husband travels every few months on business leaving me alone for 1-2 weeks at a time with nothing to do but shop and socialize.He's always had an issue with me having my ex boyfriend who was at one time his best friend in my life.I chose my husband over the ex and that effectively ended the friendship.I've had no contact with the ex out of respect for my husband but when the ex recently invited me to attent a fundraiser with him while my husband was away I couldn't refuse.With the help of a little champaign I ended up sleeping with the ex.If you were my ex and you cared about what I though of you,would you tell my husband anyway just to rub it in?

I have a really great friend, and she and I have been friends for years. You couldn't ask for a better friend. However, when I like a guy, they tend to like her instead. In fact, most of the guy friends I have, I have because they had a crush on her and ended up meeting, and becoming friends with, me in the process. I told myself that they like her for the same reason that we're friends, and if I enjoy her company I'll get over it and realize that our friendship is above all this guy stuff. It's not like she's mean, she's very mature about all of it ( she never returns their advances, and makes it clear that she's not into them like that). For a while I did really well, and when we went out, I enjoyd her company and just settled on the fact that I could get guys later. However, a guy I liked showed up one night when we were hanging out and made it quite clear that he was there for her. I was mad, she kept asking if I was OK...I don't know how to be better about all this?

I have been having sex for quite a few years now, yet it still hurts me every now and then. With my first partner, we were each others first and I was my current partners first. I know everyone will say "Go to a doctor" but I have done that already and they cant help me. I have tried lubricant, but it stings and doesnt help at all. How can I be good at social conversation and be comfortable with people I am with, especially in a group situation at dinner table. I just feel like I am an idiot says odd things or just be dead silent since I am so terrified to say something. Same with visiting some one's home, I feel so odd and uneasy while I am staying over friends house, just do not know how to act around. If I try to be just me, it seems irritate hell out of everyone. I have had a nice friend came to stay, she was wonderful and so much fun. She also stayed with my other friends house, everyone loved her. I guess because she was comfortable with her self, and has a great social skill which has been developed since child, its a built up process. I missed all that since I have been always suffering from social anxiety disorder. I was always odd one, but popular in school, cause I was so odd. But I am a 40 year old mature adult, I can not be odd and be a class clown like when I was 15.
