You're ready for the next stage of life. You make decisions about the life you share together because you're married, not because you're being a good boyfriend or girlfriend. You are related by marriage to your spouse's family - you're not the girl he goes with or the guy she goes with or boyfriend or girlfriend. You address legal matters differently; you make a will because you will be growing old together. You think about kids - or decide against them - and you don't play roulette with birth control, so that commitment can be forced by an 'unplanned pregnancy.' You think about where you live and who your neighbors will be if you are planning a family because you are judging the school system. And so on an so on.

Hmm... I would like to know as well... I mean I don't think it will be that much different, especially if you have been living together for awhile.
