I am a mom and I am in my 30's, I don't do the game playing thing... I am just to busy. I am sensitve though and tried expliaining really nicely to this guy that he was being pushy about sex. He honestly was so confused and had no idea what i was saying. Several times I say something and he hears something TOTALLY different. So today again, I thought he was coming over and he thought I said not too. I just said "OMG, you are driving me nuts! I say one thing and you hear something totally different'. I am not usually a blunt person... but he wasn't hearing me and I had to say something. Should I feel bad?

Love is a sham! It's caused by the release of dopameine, among other chemicals, into the blood-stream! These chemicals can give you the same feeling as a couple of lines of cocaine, except the feeling lasts longer! Eventually, you get tired of them and your brain stops releasing the chemicals when you are around that person! Your brain will release the chemicals again if you move onto someone else because it wants to reward you for spreading your seed! It's our instinct!

My daughter just had a baby,(I'm 39) I just drove 6 hours to be there for the delivery. My daughter has nobody around her that can help her at this time. My Mother wants to go visit her but refuses to not bring my brother and his 2 yr.old with her. If they go there is no room in the car for me and my daughters younger sisters to go. I cant afford another trip by myself. Going with her would make it more affordable for me and we have always had fun traveling together in the past. My Brother doesnt care about seeing the baby, my Mom just wants to make a mini vacation out of it.She would be taking my sister as well who is best freinds with my other daughters.My daughter really wants me and her sisters to go, but my Mom wants my Brother and his son to go instead. I'm taking her out of my life!How do I show her how much she has hurt me and my kids? My brother lives with her, she sees him all the time! Cant she live one weekend without them????

The father of my 8 year old daughter only pays child support when he feels like it. He hasn't seen her in 2 1/2 years, but expresses a want to have a relationship with her. She has his last name.
At first, she questioned why he wasn't around and why he no longer sent her presents for her birthday, etc.
Now, she calls my fiance her father (before it was just Dad) and doesn't know why her last name is different from mine. She is totally separating from her real father.
The guy is a jerk, so I really don't care since she does have a father figure but-
I emailed him 6 months ago to see what was going on and to let him know that his relationship with his daughter isn't going to exist if he keeps down this path.
He emailed me back, swearing at me about how I left him and he would be in her life if I hadn't and how anxiety and depression are making him not have contact.
I emailed him back, upsetting him (good), but now he's not paying child support - again.
Any advice on what I should do?

Okay...I am suppose to get married next year, and lately I have been talking to my high school sweetheart. The one I was with for like 4 years before I got with my future husband. I am so confused. So suffice it to say this girl I reallllllly like had this huge drama thing going on with me, and it ended up she just wanted to be friends. I said ok, now most often when someone says "I just wanted to be friends" it means your nice and I dont want to hurt you but leave me alone. But this girl and are really are becoming like in between good and best friends. Things are still a bit akward between the two of us, but only when we're hanging out with couples doing couple things so obviously it should be lol. But its starting to drive me crazy... see I think about her all the time. Whenever I see her I just want to hold her forever and kiss her. I love spending time with her thats why I love being around her and I put up with just being friends. But its seriously getting to me knowing that our relationship will never go where I wish it would. I can see us being amazing friends in the future but its going to drive me crazy and I dont want to just forget her or stop spending time with her..

To make a long story short I cheated on the love of my life (I know all you realists might say otherwise but all I'm saying is I've never wanted to be with someone so much) last night when I was beyond drunk. The girl was one who's wanted me for a long time and I knew it and never acted on it and somehow will us being alone and I was drunk it happened. I know some of you are gonna hate me for this too but I can't tell her. It would break her heart. I was her first I can't disappoint her like that. well i asked her out and she said i'll think about it. the next day my friend overheard her and her best friends conversation and said her best friend said"so are you gunna go out wwith him" and she said i don't know. they also said she was really really happy i asked her out. the weird thing is after likea week her friends told me she said no. But after that whole thing she began to be really shy around me and we don't really talk anymore. she looks at me alot during class and looks away when i look. also today in class we were reading this romantic story outloud and she kept staring at me with her head in her hands and looked kinda like she was daydreaming.(0) like this ( =hands 0=head

Soooo, I have a lovely new relationship, everthing is going great. We laugh all the time, we have great fun and it just seems like one of those great "fits" between two people. He chased me, for 4 months (he went home to Mexico to visit for one of those though, so 3?). It is quite a cute little story. THEN... all of the sudden, no phone calls or texts?! Very suddenly mind you. I have sent him a text with no response after 5 days of this. My logic says to forget about him... maybe he is a jerk or he is scared or something along those lines. BUT, I need to know for sure that this over, if thats what is truly happening. My question is: should I swing by his apartment and play the whole "I was worried about you" thing? I work like 2 minutes away from his place, so would this be crazy? Basically my goal here is to know whats going on for my own sanity wthout being crazy!
